Rented through Sargeants for nearly 2 years, a property managed by them. I was kept in the dark about the landlord being a partner of the agency. When problems appear, the agency solve no problems. The agency's employee who manages the property has to deal with the owner who is also her boss, so in most cases nothing she can do. Not answers to phone calls, no answers to emails... and the rare occasion i managed to talk with them, many apologies and good words, but no solutions. Landlord (and partner at the agency) decides to sell the property. Offers an incentive to leave the property but then don't commit to it once we are out. The other partner (name partner) cleaned his hands saying "it has nothing to be with him" (even though he delivered the agreement himself). Not professionals at all.

If you're looking to buy a property in Northfields, such as a family home, as we were, I would recommend getting in touch with Sargeants. In addition to a good portfolio of properties, we found them, and in particular Amy Fox, extremely helpful and supportive during our search. Amy was friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, and always went out of her way to help us.

Responsive and caring
It has been our pleasure working with Patricia O'Sullivan during the recent purchase of our first home in England that we had completed out of Canada. They rent out my 2 bed flat in Ealing. I like this agents as they take the commission on a monthly basis unlike other agents who seem to want to take the tenancy term up front which is unacceptable to me. Good local agent and professional staff.
