Really excellent service from Dean at Sargeants for our recent W5 house sale. Sargeants seem to have cornered the market not just in the St Mary's Road area of Ealing, but even down to our exact street (5 out of the last 6 sales I think), and for us this was nothing but a good thing. Their hyperlocal expertise resulted in sensible (but still ultimately pleasing) pricing advice in a nervous market, and a rich pipeline of potential buyers which led to a very fast sale. The whole project was super-smooth and done at a very fair rate of commission, with Sargeants seamlessly handling various logistical extras (house clearance, maintenance …) as we were managing the sale remotely. Very professional service from a first class estate agent. from initially showing us around the property, putting in and having our offer excepted to our completion and purchase. I will be definitely be recommending Sargents to all my friends and family.

So far i have been very happy with the very professional and efficient way that Sargents have dealt with me. Recently they have replaced the worn out carpets with new lino and carpets and they have also removed all the polystyrene ceiling tiles and refurbished the ceilings.
They have always dealt with any repairs that needed doing promptly . The property manager (Andrea ) has been outstanding in dealing with our tenancy compared with the way I had been treated by the previous property mangement company i have been with.
I will recommend Sargents as a good company to rent with.

Sargeants have been a brilliant letting agent. We haven’t needed to get in contact often as the property has been let to us in great condition, but when we have needed to get in touch Andrea has always been there for whatever we need and willing to go beyond the call of duty for us. If we were looking to rent a property in the future Sargeants would definitely be the first place we tried!

Our experience with Sargeants so far has been fantastic. Having dealt with multiple larger property management companies over the years as tenants, we almost expect to have to chase and pester in order to get anything arranged, but our property manager Andrea is always very responsive and proactive about resolving any issues we have. It's a refreshing change to send off an email and know that we'll get a reply (and a friendly one at that) and subsequent action as soon as she's reviewed it. You are noticeably different to your larger competitors... in a very positive way.
