We were with another Agency for approx 6 months then changed to Sargeants. Our flat sold the first day. We cannot thank Anais enough for her help and professionalism, always there to answer any questions and help chase things when needed. We would definitely recommend Sargeants and they would be our first choice in the future. Once again, thank you Anais and Sargeants.

Anais is very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a guide around the houses. She is always very friendly and great at communicating. She took the time to get to know us and our boys which is always appreciated.

We got to know a few of the agents who work at Sargeants, but the agent that stood out to us was Hulya Baillie. We found Hulya to be professional, punctual and a good communicator. Her feedback from her clients to us was always constructive and timely. We can not recommend her enough. Thank you for all of your hard work Hulya.

We have been renting our home through this agency for over three years. Recently, our boiler broke down, leaving us without heating and hot water, and we are now entering the fourth day with the issue still unresolved. The temperature inside the house dropped to around 8.8°C. We have two young children, which made the situation extremely difficult. Despite reporting the issue immediately and following up multiple times by phone and email, the repair has still not been resolved. We were advised to purchase electric heaters ourselves as a temporary solution, with no alternative arrangements or compensation offered. The lack of urgency and poor communication during what should have been treated as an emergency repair has caused significant stress. I would expect much better handling of essential repairs, especially in a family home.

Had a really good experience with Sargeants, the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn’t reccomend more!
