We recently sold our property through Sargeants. The property was donated to us and being a more complicated property, with a first floor flat and a ground floor commercial space which was in significant need of renovation, we thought it would be a difficult property to sell. However, Sargeants were excited to market our property and managed to find a buyer within the first week or two. Hulya Baillie was our sales consultant and was incredibly professional and friendly, very helpful and went beyond her duties to help us with a few maintenance issues in the property and helping to guide us through the sale process . From the very beginning once we had chosen Sargeants @ Ealing Office, 141-143 Northfields Avenue W13 as our Estate Agent the entire service from start to finish was excellent. Our primary contact throughout was their Senior Sales Consultant- Hulya Baillie. Hulya looked after the entire process exceptionally well from keeping us well informed, helping potential buyers with viewings, honest viewing feedback, dealing with our solicitor etc. The house is now sold through Sargeants - many thanks to the entire team especially Hulya!

We used Sargeants Northfields for the sale of our late Mothers house.

It has to be said from the start of the process they were quick, efficient and professional, and as sellers gave us nothing to worry about.

Within days of engaging their services we had a steady stream of of people viewing the property.

Within 2 weeks a very motivated buyer was found and we would say a big thank you to Hulya for all her work in the background to push this along, the sale was completed in 3 months which in todays market is phenomenal.

I have used Sargeants Estate Agents for a number of years for various property sales and purchases in the Ealing area. Dean Sargeant always has a good team of sales people and they are proactive and find viewings. On this occasion Joy handled our sale, she was efficient and on time and communicated well during the sale right up until we completed.

I am not the sort of person who often leaves reviews, but I felt compelled in this instance, because the staff at Sargeants were so, so good.

I had a few valuations with local estate agents when selling my property in Ealing, including big regional/national chains, and then Dean Sargeant (of the "Sargeant's" name) came over to assess the property himself.

Right from the beginning he was all over the details, had a great deal of information about the area (where he has lived for many years) including schools, local values, sold prices, market trends etc... He showed us the industry portal on RightMove that the public can't see that shows agents who reduce prices after a few months, how long agents have had properties on the market for, if valuations are correct and a whole host of other info. Sargeants came out on top in all of them (I guess that's why nobody else showed me!)

Not only in terms of the obvious professional sales acumen, but personally Dean (and Sargeants) left all the other agents in their dust. I decided to give them the property to sell.

It was obviously a good choice, there were 10 viewings in a week or so and it was sold STC after just 10 days.

When they took the property on, the day-to-day in the office was down to Hulya.

Hulya, I can only describe as A GIFT

She pushed buyers when needed, she always, ALWAYS answered the phone, she was courteous and professional at all times, and when things got tricky in a the chain she was the one who mopped things up, chased solicitors, other agents, put up with our nervous and frustrated calls, hustled buyers, et al.

If there are estate agent awards in 2024/2025, there's little point announcing any nominees, Hulya will sweep the board.

I am struggling to think of anything negative to say about them - because there isn't anything.

Credit where credit is due they were absolutely fantastic in the viewing process, keeping me up to date with the feedback, and chasing up all parties once I accepted the offer.
