Honestly, Sands has made my shopping experience so seamless. I ordered a Hermes B30 and I just received it. It came perfectly packaged, with the original invoice of the purchase as well, which was a requirement of mine. I would buy again, and I don't say that often about luxury concierge services

Very disappointed …
I came across your page after looking for the bottega dust bag in matcha colour.
I had a couple of friends following you so asked about what they thought of Sands.
Although one of them said you were very delayed in getting her order delivered, I still went ahead with my order that was confirmed by the sales on whats app before I paid.
A few days after paying I was very very unpleasantly surprised to recieve an email saying that my order couldn’t go through.

I had different answer with my order, they told me it’s supposed to be delivered by Monday or Tuesday morning and nothing happened then they told it just reached Dubai and another email was sent saying it left Paris and on the way to Dubai, it was a really bad experience for me

Se sont des arnaqueurs qui utilisent leur site pour attirer l'attention aux articles qui n'existent pas en réalité.
Vous payez, vous attendez l'article mais l'article n'existe pas.
Ils vous proposent d'attendre, de l'échanger avec un autre, ils vous disent d'attendre. Aucun delais n'est respecté...
Chez moi ça dure depuis 2 mois. Je ne suis toujours pas remboursée pour ORDER #4486.
EVITEZ CE WEBSITE si vous tenez à votre argent....
Attention - Ils enlèvent les commentaires négatifs et ils pré-payent les commentaires positifs soit ce sont eux-mêmes qui les donnent.
A votre demande d'avoir plus d'infos sur moi:
J'échange les e-mails régulièrement avec vous depuis le 2 mars en demandant d'être remboursée. Vous possédez toutes les infos nécessaires pour me rendre l'argent sur mon compte, en plus j'ai noté le N° de la commande: ORDER #4486. Ca suffit amplement. Je vous dénonce et saisie la police dès la semaine prochaine si je n'ai pas reçu l'argent au bout de 48 h.
