SANDS - LUXURY PERSONAL SHOPPING 

I ordered a pair of sandals and after a month a receive an email that stated that my order was cancelled because the item was not available. Now it’s been a month since I am still waiting for my refund and today I received an email stating that they are having problems with their account to send them my bank details so they can pay me through another source. How do I get my refund from these crooks?

SANDS falsely advertised on their website they had a Hermes sandal in stock, then AFTER taking my payment informed me they had difficulty sourcing the sandals, then after weeks of delay cancelled my order. They have not refunded my money after 3 more weeks of waiting. DO NOT ORDER GOOD FROM THEM!

I have place my order with this fraudulent company on 4th of August 2026 , and today it has been more than 2 months passed, I haven’t received my items and even I ask update about my product they reply after 6-7 days and the same reply every time ‘’ there is additional security checks going on’’ . My personal shopper she was assisting me during my orders I was placing and now she is also not replying me, I got frustrated and started doing comments on their instagram page and now they have blocked me from there as well.

They are the cheater this company is totally fraud, they don’t have any working landline number, if you ask on email they will inform you that our landline is under maintenance.

Don’t buy anything with them they are totally FRAUD

I’m very disappointed with my experience. My order was supposed to arrive within a maximum of 7 days, but it has now been nearly 12 days. I’m also unable to track my order, and the response time on WhatsApp has been very slow. I expected much better communication and service regarding my order.

Very disappointing experience with Sands UAE.

I placed my order in July, and after a long wait, the order was eventually cancelled. I was told my refund would take 10–14 working days, but that timeframe passed and I still had to repeatedly chase them for my own money.

Communication has been extremely poor. Customer Service kept telling me that the Accounts team was handling the refund, while also saying they had no direct access to them. As a customer, their internal communication problems should not become my problem.

What frustrates me most is that payment is taken immediately when a customer purchases something, yet when the customer is owed a refund, there are delays, excuses, and no clear resolution.

This experience has wasted both my time and money, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Sands based on the service I received.

before i paid, the response rate and attitude was very professional and positive. after i paid, everything changed and until now i have no clear update on the status of the authentication certificate i paid for and the delivery. mind you both are already late! for a USD 30k+ order i would've expected a much better experience.

WORST STAFF AND SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve had the worst experience with them! I told them to double check if my item was available, and after the 2nd check they said it was. Later on when I saw the delay I emailed them because of course no one was replying to my messages, they said oh when you put the deposit it became out of stock. WHAT?? I literally made the deposit just to secure it. This happened to me last time too! So it’s just their tactic. Absolutely ridiculous staff and the worst company ever. NEVER AGAIN!!

No proper order tracking available. No response from customer service on watsapp. I have received this email to rate my experience before even receiving my order. I have sent emails to Sands team and messaged them to follow up on the order with no response. The first time I followed up I got an answer back that it has reached the hub without any estimate on when it will be delivered. However initially I was told that it will take 9days to receive the order. It has been 19 days already.

How much longer am I supposed to wait? And how many times are you going to apologize to me? Is this how you treat all your customers?

First, focus on actually delivering my order. Then you can talk about your “great results” and experience.
Honestly, this is extremely disappointing. I never expected such a lack of punctuality, responsibility, and respect from your team. Very poor service!

they are horrible and none responding, its been an month that i have made an order and they don't even replying to my messages or refunding my money . never shop with them

Total Scam - if you are in the United States they will stick you with huge bill and hold your items hostage until paid. Would never do business with this company again.

Very unprofessional. Inspite of paying half the payment , when I reach out they don’t answer my calls and and block my number. Everytime i send a message showing disappointment with the management they reply saying they are sorry but they don’t have an update from the Hermes store in France. Before placing the order they said the item will reach in 4 days. It has been 2 months now and I still have no update about my order. This is a total scam business . Pls don’t have your money stuck and places like these. Horrible place . Horrible management . Horrible customer care.

the policy on the website and the policy the customer service email told me do not align. the order has taken far to long to ship already and they refuse to cancel and refund.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a luxury handbag that was advertised with a specific sourcing timeframe, but it was delayed well beyond the promised date. Communication was poor, and I had to keep chasing for updates.

When the bag finally arrived, it was bent and misshapen, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury item. I have attached photos so others can see the condition it arrived in.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Sands again.
