Beware: They have a long list of Dr offices they say are part of their network but when you go to call them to make an appointment they don't have any idea who Sana is, they never heard of them! We tried over 20 different Drs. listed on their so called network to find ZERO that would take us! When you do finally find a Dr that will take Sana, you will now have to deal with all the extra paperwork to submit your Dr. bills to Sana, they don't automatically take care of their portion of the Dr bill. This is a scam if you ask me!

This company provides great insurance as long as you or your employees don't actually use it. If you have any claims they will refuse to quote the 2nd year and will leave you back at square one shopping again. They are not in it for the long haul for small business's. I think they mean well and I know they have to make money as well, but what's the point in paying for it, if they will drop you if you use it?

Unethical company, they don't know what they offer.

I'm very impressed with the support and service i receive. Honestly, I've not seen better. I've been involved in health plans for 53 years and the service, is second to none! Keep up the good work!

In an age of over priced insurance, Sana was a huge surprise! The pricing is amazing and the coverage is even better! Highly recommend Sana for any small business!

Very helpful. If you run into any issues with your doctor/doctor not accepting your insurance they will fight on your behalf to get the matter resolved. Very impressed with the customer service. 11/10

Cheap copay but the monthly pay mints could be lower for people to make it easier to afford it.

The customer Service is horrible, my wife can’t get access because something was setup wrong and her email link doesn’t work. I need her to have it so she can provide it to both my kids schools who play football and baseball. It is required for us to provide our insurance information for secondary coverages. This has been going on for two weeks and no one can seem to fix it.

I had a question about reimbursement, and was given step by step instructions right away.

I assume this insurance works if you're in an area where their "partner" providers are. Unfortunately in Wisconsin, we are not. This insurance was sold to us as this great benefit, where you can see in & out of network doctors, free services, etc. The coverage is downright a joke. Right now I have two colleagues who are fighting claims that Sana won't cover through Advocate Aurora Heath (Major healthcare chain here in Wisconsin). One of them has over a $100,000 bill. I personally had a standard lab draw done through Prevea (another healthcare chain here) that was always completely covered by all my old insurance companies; but Sana only covered a select few of the actual tests, leaving me with a $500 lab bill. Our entire staff at my company are extremely disappointed in this company. We are all afraid to see a doctor because we don't know what type of bill we'll be stuck with. I would never recommend Sana to anyone.

The whole team at SANA is very responsive to any questions that we have. We always receive a call back within minutes if we cannot speak with someone immediately.

This is the first time I can recall where I have something positive to say about a healthcare provider. The experience has been simple and allows me to access care efficiently. I don't have to waste time on the nightmare that is larger insurance companies. Best of all, it's cheaper!
