So many insurance companies are limiting on their in-network providers. With Sana, its as if all providers are in-network. No other insurance companies that we have worked with offer that.

Sana costs less and covers more!! =D
This insurance costs HALF what my BCBS did and covers more. My prescriptions went from $100/mo to $20. That alone is worth the switch. But, there's more! My co-pays are lower and Sana covers every doctor, dentist, eye doctor, specialist, etc that I need. I'm literally not even sure how this company exists, but I'm profoundly grateful to my employer for finding them.

Off to a terrible start
The 1st time I tried to use it, the doctor wasn't covered. Now I have to pay out of pocket, then submit detailed paperwork, and hopefully I get reimbursed. I have never had insurance set up like this where I have to jump through all sorts of hoops, just for a routine doctor appointment. Very disappointed so far

My first time using this plan
My first time using this plan, i messaged with a sana doctor who wrote a script. pharmacy says that script is not covered by this plan. had to call smith rx to have them send a alternate prescription. The rep said it was sent, but walgreens said they never recieved it. currently on hold with smithrx again, its been a 15 minute phone call and they still cant help.

Great Service
Honestly we have liked everything about the SANA experience. The customer service is what is key with me, and it has been very reliable, consistent, and quick. On a personal level, I only had one issue all year and that was with DME with the Sana Care, but that was resolved and was still relatively timely. I heard almost all positive comments from our employees and we were very grateful to be able to remain with Sana for another year.

Ahora tuve que pagar 280 por que ustedes me avían dicho que mi doctora si aceptaba la aseguranza y ella dijo que no estuvieron llamando a la compañía y no contestaron 😥😢
