You have not solved my problem. My dr will not see me nor will any of my family members drs will eee them u til you sort it out with them and you did not help me.

I just got started on Sana, so I am only able to give three stars. Will know more of how good it is and how well I'm covered as the year progresses.

Be prepared to put a lot of work into getting your Rx covered and accurate information. Sana reps are not able to answer questions for SmithRx benefits. Most of my Rxs are not covered & require my doctor to fill out forms for each Rx not covered even though I have a valid Rx on file. It seems that Smith Rx wants you to just give up on getting coverage because they make it so difficult for you & your doctor which saves them money. As a Type 1 diabetic I have been made to feel my health doesn't matter & that it is all about the least amount of money they have to spend. Their answer to every question I ask is "Well, that is the plan your employer got"

Finding a doctor who takes Sana is impossible.
It should not be this hard.

Sana helps us to keep our small business team healthy and cared for with great perks and additional options to their core plans.

Major delay on connecting with my healthcare provider making us delay care for my wife right now. Very stressful and am very unsatisfied.

Super prompt service! Very helpful to employees with questions.

They ignore emails, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. My provider has been calling Sana and also can’t get anyone to answer. For almost 2 weeks. Totally unimpressive.

Excellent staff! Very helpful and communicative.
I broke my hand and they hand me in to get Xrays and to see a specialist within a week!

I was able to print my insurance cards and use them the first day of activation.

I'm a new customer to Sana, and Haven't had an opportunity to use the benefits, so my review is neutral at this point.

Crystal was amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and then some. Very pleasant and well knowledged. She responded to me in a timely manner and set up meeting for the next day so we could talk through the questions I had. She followed up with email summarizing what we had talked about and provided links for me to share with employees.

Great customer service and follow up.

Transitioning to Sana was a huge leap for us. We were used to being insured with the major health insurance companies. After having Sana the last two years, we are very happy we made the change. Not only are we saving money, but the Sana customer service is amazing. I am very confident to have our staff contact Sana if they have questions. Not only that, but their website & dashboard are very easy to use. The renewal process has been easy too. I would highly recommend Sana.

THIS INSURANCE IS AMAZING.. THEY DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY AND IT IS REFRESHING.. THE SPEED IN WHICH THEY PROCESS CLAIMS IS TRULY A GREAT CHANGE..

Good idea, poor implementation. Getting an issue resolved takes days. No clear leadership. They laid off a bunch of people and the workload was clearly too much for everyone else to take on. The management portal needs some work.
