Product was recieved damaged …
Product was recieved damaged only wrapped in a bit of tissue paper and a tiny bit of cardboard wrapping contacted customer services took two days to reply now have to send back for either a refund or exchange rather than them send a replacement then I send back the damaged ones I now have to go to the pain of repacking going to a collection point to send back a damaged faulty product I paid good money for at my own expense to the recieve a exchange which could also arrive damaged not happy with the customer service or delivery salter could do so much better in this day and age

Superb wok/pan
Amazing wok, love the sage green colour. Non stick porcelain coating works very well. Easy to clean and great value for money. Waiting to buy the pan set when back in stock.

Only used the processor once think it lacks in power, comparing it to the Kenwood. Only second item I have bought online.

Salter air fryer
Really pleased with new air fryer. Matches in well with new kitchen. Gold handles are subtle and finish it off nicely. Fast and reliable delivery.

I had previously bought two of these on…
I had previously bought two of these on Amazon as both arrived damaged with marks on the base. As it’s such a nice holder I decided to buy direct from salter to see if I had better luck. This one arrived with still a small mark on the base and the bottom cover not exact and had to trim. But I made it work as was the sleek style I was looking for. But not perfect condition

Poor delivery, item was not properly packed (large box, small item inside but no packing at all so item bounced around inside the large box: fortunately nothing obviously broken).
