I purchased a Russell Hobbs ironing board from this company via Amazon paid good money for what I thought was a good make BUT this board is flimsy and unsafe it moves around and if you try to iron on the sleeve (narrowest) part of the board it will tip up (.so dangerous). I wanted to return it BUT no 1 brands 4 you do NOT provide a pre- paid label and as it is so long it cannot be returned via Hermes etc. Rubbish company as even cheap Chinese firms will send you a returns label for shoddy goods AVOID THIS COMPANY
Why do they use evri ( aka Hermes).
Why do they use evri ( aka hermes ) as their courier of choice. I can’t contact No1brands4you and evri will only talk to them not me.
I would rather pay a bit more and get a better courier service that can deliver the parcel.

I bought two filters for beldray cleaner last Friday I paid for 24hr delivery still waiting for order checked Hermes and they are still waiting to be instructed to collect items I have emailed customer service and they was going to check warehouse to see where order is but not come back to me has far as iam concerned they have entered into a contract with me when they took my money to supply goods and on time. I have emailed them a number of times now and they have stopped responding to my emails I think I will give them till next week then take action against them. After sending them loads of emails I received my order over a week late so I asked them for a refund on my postage which I paid extra for 24hr delivery they did in the end reimburse me part of the postage so in the end it was a fair outcome it’s a shame they take so long to sought things out and you can’t contact them on the phone

Terrible customer service
My Beldray Clean and Dry Cordless is a wonderful machine but it developed a fault. After 4 months and countless emails I finally received a replacement part. The machine is well designed, light and efficient which is why I was so patient but I will NEVER purchase another Beldray product. I appreciate that we are in a Pandemic but it should still be possible to have adequate customer service.

Excellent service had a problem with non stick coating peeling off advisor said not a problem and offered replace machine or refund or replacement plates as machine perfectly ok ask for new plates within 5 days delivered

I was delighted to find the bamboo chopping board by Salter having brought two from a high street supermarket I wanted to buy more and found them at an amazing price on No1brands4you. And in stock too.
Having placed my order I was a little concerned I didn’t receive any order acknowledgement. I made contact via the on line chat option later during the day. It was easy to chat on line with Alex, who quickly located my order and sent my order details over to me. Thanks Alex. This was quickly followed by another email to say my order was being processed and would shortly be despatched. Order was safely delivered ... 1/2/21 and items as expected Very Happy.

I needed a new filter for my vacuum cleaner.
I spoke with someone on chat on beldray page and they sent me a link on no1brands4you to order it.
I order it, and a week later I was enquiring about my order.
after 4 emails, 4 conversations on chat, they concluded that cannot find my order.
so I re send them the email confirming my order (the one that they sent me a week ago!l)
no reply and no delivery until today.
absolutely rubbish company with no minimum customer service.
special thanks to alex jackson who ignored my emails, from the beldray chat: alex (maybe the same, muhammed, naomi) who during a week! weren't able to locate my order or to provide any info although i gave them my order number, invoice no and paypal transaction number.
this must be hands down, the most incompetent team of customer service that I've ever seen!!
update: they did send my order, 2 weeks later and on top of that a cheap plastic USED filter, with marks and dust on it!
I have no words, calling them rubbish company is a compliment, not an insult!

I purchased a salter kettle on 29.12.2019 and in june 2020 it stopped working. After various emails had no response from them. Would never use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. I even emailed salter themselves and still no response they are quick enough selling their products but not so good at fulfilling their 1 year guarantee. Very bad practice.

A few months ago I bought a Beldray vacuum cleaner which proved to be very good buy, excellent machine. I understand Beldray products are manufactured in China they then pass sales / parts to No 1Brands 4 you in the UK. I mislaid my filter cone and ordered on line from Brands4 you. Their web site stated only one in stock. A week or so later they advised me the order was cancelled as the cone "was damaged". The refunded me the money immediately. I emailed them asking "when will I receive the product ?" I have not received a reply. I can't use the machine. I appreciate the Carona Virus is placing industry under strain; but Brands 4 You are making no effort to address customers concerns. Their website gives no phone number BT don't list it. The website is very difficult to obtain information, it is useless. I am going to try to trace the email address of Beldray in China in the hope I can deal with them direct. If you are after spares in the future, I suggest any appliance you buy should have either a UK parts department or more than one appointed parts agents.

Today I engaged a Chat with this person name 'Aaron' :-(
I gave them the details and why I was using this chat
after I did that, he went AWOL and left the topic leaving me waiting for a reply which never came.
I've email their C/S and they must be in hibernation as there's no response either..
They claim to issue a return label and refund or exchange if the item is under 30 days which it is in my situation.
We shall see whether they live up to that,
But for the moment totally unimpressed.

Scam Company
Ordered a gardening multi-tool from them in March costing nearly £250.00 – 2 days after placing the order they advised that they had cancelled the order because it had arrived into their warehouse ‘damaged’. They advised they had ‘processed a refund’ but as days turned into weeks and no refund appeared with my credit card issuer I contacted PayPal (their payment processor).
They repeatedly said they had processed a refund – but when they were asked to provide evidence of this by myself and PayPal they went to ground! Apparently, they told PayPal they had cancelled the order and issued the refund on the same day! …. Before they had even informed the customer!!?? A complete pack of lies.
Fought to get my money back and only did so with the help of PayPal.
They are a bunch of criminals – DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They advertise goods as In Stock on their website, when clearly they are not, and try telling you they have ‘processed a refund’ – nothing more than delay tactics to stall you.
Absolutely Useless!
I purchased an item from their eBay page but quickly realised it was too small. Of course the eBay cancel order option never works so I sent them messages to cancel my order. They didn’t bother replying to any of my messages and sent the item anyways! A few days later it arrived but only part of the order arrived (I ordered a washing line that came with a free basket and only the basket was delivered, no line). I’m hoping Yodel will come back with the washing line. I’ve emailed customer services but no reply. No one is answering the phone because of the virus. I’ll have to open an eBay dispute and hope they bother to reply to that. I just hope they don’t charge me to return and except me to go to the post office with a washing line!! Avoid this complaint at all cost. They’ve employed lazy workers that can’t be bothered to reply to messages. Absolutely shocking! Sort it out!
Goodwill replacement
I contacted Beldray as I could not charge my new Cordless vacuum. Within days they sent not one but 2 new batteries. My Beldray now works perfectly. What excellent service.
Pan lid
Brilliant service. We bought the Salter Crystal Stone Pan Set and on opening the box as we unpacked them.one of the lids slipped off a pan and fell on a solid floor and broke. We rang this company and they offered to send a new lid free of charge.which we gratefully appreciated and came in the post in two days.Excellent customer service.and we will always recommend without any hesitation.
