Annoying to say the least
Am a bit fed up with trying to order a Salter Wok with lid.
First problem was their chosen delivery company, Yodel. They communicated a delivery, but I was out, then gave no notice or options for the subsequent attempts. So that never reached me and refunded (3 attempts).
A replacement was ordered, found to be dinked in the side, lid proud. Have boxed. Return label sent is expecting me to pay. Currently trying to contact Customer Services on that.
I had another delivered today, by Yodel. Box is damaged. Again lid does not fit proud.

I contacted Chat, Fantastic. They deserve 8* at least. Nat West take note.
They answered quickly (!) used excellent English (!!) and after asking sensible questions determined the scales were dead. And offered to send me a replacement, FOC .
Either a dream or absolutely amazing response by this company.

My microwave arrived dented due to delivery, and I contacted customer service. I received a prompt response, and they sent me a replacement the very next day. I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received. Thank you so much to the Salter customer service team, Katie G, Michael B, and Emily P. You truly went above and beyond. You have a customer for life.
If Salter has a billion customers, I’m one of them. If Salter has one customer, it’s me. If Salter has zero customers I’m dead 💕

We had a problem with a pan lid and the customer service was really good they got a courier to picked up the pans and replaced the pans with another set the service was really good keeping in touch with regular emails
Amazing company to deal with
Amazing company to deal with. A wheel broke off my the vacuum (100% my fault) and they kindly replaced the full floor brush unit, 2 years after purchase.

I bought a hoover through tic tok handle was flimsy it was bending they asked for pictures before I could sort out sending them as I. Needed help sending them im no good with technology the handle broke so hoovers useless avoid this company at all costs they don't seem to care
