problem with vacuum cleaner…
I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner but when I contacted Beldray they replied straight away, and immediately offered me a replacement, which I received within a week. My experience was hassle free and I would recommend this company.

I had a prompt response from the Salter representative. She gave me clear instructions as she asked for more information. I provided this and a decision was reached within hours. I had no idea what to do as I bought the Salter product from Amazon so the lovely lady at Salter was invaluable.

Russell Hobbs have just replaced a frying pan under 5 yr guarantee. The 4 star is due to the fact that in initially contacting the supplier on their web site & trying to communicate via the 'bot', this did not work at all, even when receiving a transcript of the contact & following up with a mail to the contact. I was then directed to the correct service team & from there, all went great - thank you Katie S

Spectacular after sales service and customer support.
Brought a 4 slice toaster via ebay early September 2023 which became faulty middle of January 2024 I contacted them directly and they apologised profusely and offered me a replacement or full refund. Design flaw in the toaster could not toast a whole slice of supermarket loaf only 3/4 quarters of it so took the refund option. They duly tried to refund via ebay portal who refused it because it was over their 90 day's refund policy but this company was tenacious and believed in their after sales service and ignored those tossers ebay and eventually got full refund to my bank account yesterday.
Very rare these day's to find a professional supportive and helpful company who believes in the mantra of the customer is important and would like repeated business in the future rather than cutting their nose off to make 19.99 instead .
Definitely will be a life long buyer from this company going forward.

I placed an order with home of brands on 23rd December, but a later discussion with my wife revealed 5hat she had already purchased a very similar item. So 24th December I emailed Home of Brands to cancel the order before it was dispatched. Being Christmas I didn’t receive a reply, then 27th December I received a message to say that the item had been shipped. I emailed them again to say that I had cancelled the order and would be returning it. I got a message back saying no problem, when it arrives refuse the delivery and ask them to return the item to us. This I did, and 3rd January I received a message saying that they had issued a full refund. Absolutely excellent service, I would not hesitate to use this company again

I ordered a kettle on the 7th nov on next day delivery and recieved a text to say it would be here on the 9th nov so made sure I would be in for the day.I checked the courier tracking to see if there was a time of arrival only to be greeted by a message saying
your parcel has been delayed.I went on live chat to be told that the courier had not recieved the parcel. I then sent several e mails to the company asking what had happened and was totally ignored.I finally sent one last email asking if they just ignored customers when something goes wrong.and recieved a reply at last saying it was the couriers fault which is a lie.and if it did not turn up on the 10th to get in touch with them.I will never buy from them again as they clearly dont care about your product once ordered They should not be allowed to advertise next day delivery and then make you wait so they dont mind lying so please remember this when ordering from this company Time placed 7 Nov 2023 at 1:18 PM

I have ordered a steam iron from this company. Excellent service their customer is out of this world they could not do enough for me. Their delivery service is outstand it arrive really quick. I recently contacted HomeofBrands concerning a damaged silicone pad on one of the inner drawer trays on my Petra Air Fryer, a gift from my brother, 11 months ago.
Well, their customer services department could not have been more helpful, courteous and polite.
Their only requirement was evidence of the item date of purchase and receipt, along with photo evidence of the damaged part, which I sent. In return, they offered to send me two inner drawer trays, by way of an ‘apology’ for my ‘inconvenience’.
This was most unexpected, as I thought, at worst, I may have been a charge for supplying me with these replacements.
GREAT SERVICE FROM FIONA
Fiona was very helpful and professional. She gave me clear instructions how to return the parcel and was very efficient.
