AWFUL SERVICE
AWFUL SERVICE. I ordered 4 pieces of jewellery on express delivery at the beginning of October and 3 of them FINALLY arrived at the end of December. Customer service was awful over the period of waiting. I was informed that the other piece was coming separately but it’s now 5 months on and there is no sign of that arriving and none of my emails are getting a response. Should rename their ‘customer happiness team’ to ‘DONT CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS TEAM’
Do not buy. Worst buying experience I’ve ever had.

The worst quality jewellery
The worst quality jewellery! I ordered a few pieces back in the summer and one item arrived with a gem missing. The other bracelet I ordered I wore once and a gem came out. Their products and customer service are awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

was given tracking number but any time i try track the parcel since start of December just says label created so obviously they haven’t sent it anything. Also have tried to blame it on covid and the courier UPS but i have had numerous parcels from UPS with no delayed delivery time.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Order takes months to arrive. Constantly receive contradicting emails as to the whereabouts of my order. Definitely would not buy again. I placed an order in November only to find out today that it has only just shipped and even then only half my order as the remaining half is out of stock. Do not waste your time with this company. They try and blame covid restrictions for shipping delays but no order in the EU takes this long to arrive.

I had the absolute WORST experence with Saint Luca Jewelry. Not only did it take 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, it has been almost 3 months and I still have not recieved it. I emailed them almost a dozen times and they were NOT helpful. Awful customer service, I have requested a refund and will never buy from them again.

Horrible service
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on Black Friday and have yet to receive my items. The tracking number provided weeks after ordering doesn’t work. I know delivery processing takes a minute bec of covid and staffing but all items I’ve ordered from other places around that time frame has came. They delete any bad comments off their Instagram and don’t really have that many comments under their post. Honestly wished I recognized the sketchy Instagram before ordering. If there’s not update in a week I’m reporting as fraud.

I waited for 2 long months to receive…
I waited for 2 long months to receive my order due to COVID restrictions but finally received my package today. I have to say, the jewellery was worth the long wait, it is stunning.
I actually ordered a different set to the one that was posted to me, but the set I received was worth more money and I absolutely love it! The pieces seem well made and I’m so happy with them that I will probably wear them everyday! I just really hope they don’t tarnish.

Still haven’t received my order
Still haven’t received my order since 08/10. Spoke twice to them in a kindly manner but the second time customer service was rude. I asked for a refund to which they rudely replied that I need to wait for the item to come and then return. Why on Earth would I use MY own money for something at the fault of the company? They can’t even cancel the items as “they’re shipped”. Raising a bank dispute unless I get the item. This company is not the only company that has shipped during COVID19. So this is not an excuse for a very very late delivery and rudeness.
