I purchased the Saint Luca Pave Diamante Triple Gold Set as a birthday gift to myself and it was one of the BEST DECISIONS EVER! I received so many compliments on the pieces, the coordination to my watch is unmatched! Not having to worry about clasps to open or close the pieces was the best idea ever. I can easily adjust the pieces to the size of my wrists.

Customer service was great. As soon as I paid for the purchase, I received the info all the way through. When my order was processing and when it was shipped. I even received a thank you email to have a percentage off on another order in the future.

I placed my order on August 1st (for a necklace and matching earrings). Right away I received an order confirmation and an estimated shipping window of 20-40 days. Communication was key: when I messaged them asking about the status around day 25 (just to check), they replied within 24 hours, apologized for the delay, and follow up me with the information. The package actually arrived on day 33. Yes, it was slower than "instant," but it was within the range they promised. When I opened it, the pieces exceeded my expectations. The metal, the finish, the sparkle - everything felt like a much more expensive piece. What clinches it for me: They did what they promised, transparency on shipping time, responsiveness to inquiry, and follow-through. Quality is real: the jewelry looks and feels polished, not flimsy. Would I order again?Absolutely but I'd just leave extra lead time for the delivery. If you're patient and okay with waiting a few weeks (within the 20-40 day window), you might be pleasantly surprised. If you're on the fence because of the negative reviews, I get it. But in my case, they turned out to be a diamond in the rough.

Still waiting, not happy customer!

As many others have reviewed I am also still waiting from an order placed on the 23rd August. Was told quite rudely that I obviously didn't read the shipping times and if I want quicker shipping I should order somewhere else. No offer of a refund! No delivery. Has supposedly been at Lithuania airport since 25th September. Went back to my account on their site and it shows a shipping charge of $11 and $0 for the jewellery I ordered. Going further into my order and it says 10days to send????
Nothing makes any sense, I am the customer paying good money for what they are offering and expect the vendor to sort any search of where my items are now. It is not my job to have to make so many enquiries. This Eda person emailed me and told me how much hard work it has been to make this company"Saint Luca" work. Wish they would work a bit harder to sort orders for their customers! I tend not to believe the wonderful reviews they have on their online shop are even genuine. I also think I have the right to question their work ethics.

Awful, terrible and corrupt!

I made an order in May, paid for it but, never received it. We corresponded back and forth always promising a tracking number. And reassuring me that my order was on the way. It is now October and they won't even refund my money. What a rip off. I will never deal with this so-called company ever again!!

As I wrote to you privately, I’d like to clarify here as well. This was your 4th purchase since 2024, and I truly appreciate your continued trust in our brand. I also want to sincerely apologize that your order was lost and for the inconvenience it caused.

A replacement was shipped on August 22, after the original parcel appeared lost. Unfortunately, right around that time, new U.S. import regulations temporarily suspended most postal deliveries from the EU, which affected many small businesses, including ours. Even though your package was sent before the rule officially took effect, it still got caught in the disruption.

At the moment, only FedEx remains available for U.S. deliveries, but their €53 rate is higher than most purchases — which simply isn’t fair to our customers or to us. I’ve never refused to issue a refund; I only asked for a bit of patience, as this sudden shipping situation has been extremely difficult for us, especially since the U.S. is one of our main markets.

As promised, I’ll issue a full refund, and once normal shipping resumes, I’ll make sure to send your order again as a gift — free of charge as a thank-you for your continued support.

We’re a still a small team doing our best to navigate these changes, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding.

An Update
In response to Eda's reply:
It doesn't take 20 to 40 days to get shipments to Australia from Lithuania. Lithuania post only received the item from your company on the 20th of September. On the 23rd it cleared customs and landed in Sydney today. The fact of the matter the delay has nothing to do with international shipment and everything to do with the carriers not receiving the goods till nearly one month after I ordered. Like I mentioned in my email, had you been transparent about the real reason it takes so long, be that it takes a long time for the manufacturer to get the order to your business or whatever, that would have made sense but to blame the logistics company on something they haven't even received is what makes your business sound dodgy to first time customers.

I do not recall you mentioning a free gift, which is lovely if you did, but like I mentioned in my most recent email, being open about the delay being due to manufacturing logistics sounds much more plausible than saying it takes up to 40 days to get to Australia due to international shipping delay. Esp when the delay is your company taking close to 30 days to actually post the item.

Also I sent you multiple emails as you requested (regarding reminding you to chase up the postal tracking) which I never got a reply to.

So Eda, as I'm sure you're a nice person I think it's important you tell consumers the actual reason why items take so long as it's not to do with the Lithuanian postage to Australia time frame, rather it's something to do with you guys getting your product from manufacturer that prevents you submitting it to the postal service at the time of the customer ordering. This is why people think you're company isn't legit. Because we are not stupid and know it doesn't take over 20 to 40days for products to arrive from Europe to Australia. It takes 10 at most.

ordered mid August, paid shipping that was "air mail" prices. I was sent a tracking number however when checking the number it stated it has been "raised". The status weeks later (sept 4) was still the same. I contacted Lithuania Post who said a shipping number had been raised but no item had been given to the post office as of yet. Finally after I think 3 emails a person called Eda replied stating that it took up to 40 days to ship to Australia. This doesn't make sense as I've posted airmail from Hungary and it took less than a week to arrive. EDA never mentioned that they don't post by air. Maybe they post by ship which is why it takes so long but then they shouldn't charge air mail prices. Maybe they are so back logged my item hadn't been posted yet or possibly even made/available when I ordered? Had either of these been the case and Eda let me know that, I would have given the benefit of the doubt. But they said something about it was to do with the wah the post system works there which didn't add up and given Lithuania post confirmed there was nothing submitted under the tracking number I was given and Australia post also confirmed there was nothing submitted, I don't really buy the excuse o was given, esp after being told to email the following week if there was no update on the tracking number, Eda would "look into it and raise an issue with Lithuania post". I did just that and contacted Eda on the 11th sept. Then again on Monday 15th and received no reply. So I put a dispute in with my bank and I received a refund within seconds of submitting the dispute.

If this is a legitimate business, I feel sorry that those involved are not up to scratch with logistics. Given the amount of scam companies out there, if this company is legit, the cannot afford to not reply immediately to emails or at least within 24 hours. It does not take up to 40 days to ship to Australia via air post. And if they are posting via road and ship they need to charge accordingly and be more transparent, as customers don't trust they are not being scammed as there are so many scammers in the online product world.

If the item does turn up I will look at reversing the refund and update my review but for now given how fast my refund was granted it seems like they know this company currently do not deliver. Buyer Beware

Never ordering again!

I placed an order in April that I still haven’t received, and as for a refund, let’s not even go there. I’ve sent multiple emails and contacted customer service via the website, but no one replies or helps. This is outrageous. €135 straight in the bin. 🙂 thanks for nothing

I’m really sorry for the frustration caused and this was discussed privately. The shipping timeframe is transparently share everywhere on our page. I want to clarify that shipping to Australia typically takes between 20–40 days, as clearly stated in our Shipping Policy and on each product page, plus a few days as this was a gifting season which causing delay for the post. Tracking updates usually start once the parcel arrives in Australia, so it’s normal not to see movement right away.

Regarding your order — the refund has already been issued for the missing product.

This is a scam page!! They take your money and you don’t receive anything!! I buy for 80$ in November and it’s the last of January now as still I haven’t got my package!! And that’s not all! Went from 1 to 3 stars rating

The saga with my parcel actually had a happy ending! It took too much time for it to come, just like this edit.

The order came in mid January, all the items were there and without any damage. They looked really nice, like in the pictures and that's a huge plus. Two of my necklaces have a bit of delicate chain, so I'm always extra careful when I wanna close them on a longer part of a chain. Some of the pieces I used almost daily during the summer, especially earnings and necklaces. They remained in perfect condition, they don't tarnish or change their shape due to frequent use.

In conclusion, jewlery is a good value for money and they deserve 5 stars. The customer support and long waiting are 1 star experience. Would I order again from Saint Luca? Only if I don't need the items in the promised delivery period, which is now officially longer than when I ordered. I decided to leave my previous rating as a reminder of what you too could go through. The experience was too stressful to let it go easily and I was so close to feel scammed, like so many other clients here.
THE ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:
As for me, Saint Luca Jewelry is a scam or, at best, they have a lousy organization. After the initial 45 days of waiting, even for a tracking number, they created one on 31st of October and assured me the parcel will be sent according to my needs - the beginning of December, so I could have it before the end of the year. Like every other person here that have complained, the very beginning of the communication was kind explanation how they are facing difficulties to handle all the orders and asking for some patience. I was not only super patient, I also gave them extra time to organize spedition. After I reached out at the beginning od December, I received
nothing other than automated replies.
Now, according to the European rules of online trade/shopping, I am entitled to cancel the order and I officially did so. In case they don't reply and/or fully refund my money any time soon, I am ready to take further steps.

Terrible experience

Received my order many months later than was supposed to, and got wrong products. Spent a lot of money and at the end there’s only one piece I can use. While waiting for my order I managed to get a hold of the customer service, but after receiving the wrong items I don’t get a response anymore.

Almost 2 month pending delivery...and waiting

I placed and paid for an order on September 6th. The site stated delivery by September 21st. It is October 18th today and according to the site the products have not been shipped yet. All the replies to my emails by 'Monica' have been evasive excuses with no real answer as to the ridiculous delay. She assured a delivery by 14th October an in her next email she said she would look into the reason the order had not been sent. I ordered 2 birthday gifts. The birthdays came and went. If you order from this company, leave at least a 6 month gap for delivery - that is if you ever get the order! This company is an absolute sham towards customer service and timely delivery!

Scammers!!!!

I opened the case by paypal. Still haven’t got my refund back.
They gave the tracking number but only sending me one item!!!!! I wrote again to paypal I want to have my refund back. There are still 4 missing items! And the quality is so cheap. Not worth for what you paid for. You can get this kind of quality for 2€ in another store!!! Beware! They are scammer!!!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! Total scam. Items are supposed to ship within a few days. It's been over a month & mine have not shipped. I have reached out to them several times & they will not help at all. I thankfully paid with PayPal & opened a claim & now they sent a tracking # but never shipped it. Buyer Beware! They remove any bad reviews on their pages!
