I love the products
I love the products, theyre just like the picture (maybe a little smaller as i have big wrists) but i got adjustable one so it shouldnt be a problem! the shipping does take a little while so be sure to order your stuff earlier than you think

This online store is disgusting after 6 months making several emails adress to contact them, i have finally a response saying i will actually have my refund in couples of days, and then nothing, no response, no refund, soon it will be 7 months of waiting for my money 140€ that they will never refund, DO NOT BUY, like all others customers i’m disgusted by their behaviors they steal money, NEVER RESPOND, i will not stop till i get my refund.

Great customer service and products are worth the price
I know there are some bad reviews on here that can make people question whether this company is legit or not, and that used to be my concern too. But after experiencing their service and products, I have to say this place is worth my money.
The delivery can take a long time, especially if you’re in the U.S. But it seems like the shipping company is responsible for this, not the jewelry company. My local USPS messed up my delivery and sent the package back to the original sender without me knowing it was delivered. The problem is I was moving out of the U.S so I had to contact saint luca to change my delivery address when they received the package. They were happy to do that without any extra fees. It took another period of time for me to get the package in another country but they look great for the price I paid.
