I placed two different orders and noticed that one of the tracking numbers wasn't updating like the other. The team sent me an email about the delay before I even had to and expedited the tracking. I had an issue with two of the bracelet sets having the wrong bracelet and Monika from the support team helped me tremendously. She even let me keep the bracelets before the correct ones were shipped. I had a wonderful experience buying from Saint Luca Jewelry.

Although shipping was slow
Although shipping was slow, I was notified ahead of time through email by the team. Then the pieces came, they were exactly as pictured and as described on the website. I would not be opposed to ordering from them again and I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Saint Luca! I also got the three bracelet combo!

I already knew the quality, so buying this for my daughter was an easy choice. It was a bonus to receive it in time for Christmas. Purchased the bracelet with emerald and white gems. It's much prettier in person ladies.

Delivery took 20 days. But I kept getting emails about every step my package took to get there. That way I could follow it clearly. And when it arrived it wasn't just thrown in the mailbox but asked for valid documents before it was handed over. Top service and safe. Even though my order was delivered late due to the post's mistake, customer service contacted me and followed my order until it was delivered. I want to say that the quality of the jewelry is exceptional and wonderful especially for the price they charge. The studs I ordered were stunning and the gold necklace has a beautiful shine to it, I am even considering wearing them to my own wedding! So if you are looking for not-so-expensive but beautiful jewelry this is the place.

I ordered the LOREN Gold Crystal Necklace, INFUSE le J'ADORE GOLD Small Chunky Hoops and TIFFANY GOLD Baguette Cubic Crystal Cuff for my bridesmaids and the quality is just spectacular! And the sparkle on each item is intense 🤩
