Saint Luca Jewellery Review
I bought these bracelets around mid September, I read the reviews and understood that shipping may take a bit longer as they aren't a UK based company. I personally found customer service to be great - one of my desired bracelets was out of stock and Monika from the Customer Service team messaged me with an alternative bracelet suggestion if I wanted shipping a little faster. I said I would happily wait a bit longer for my desired bracelet and that was it, she then advised me when it was back in stock and that delivery was on it's way.
The quality of the bracelets is fantastic, they look exactly like they do online, they're really beautiful in how they catch the light and do look high quality - I think more than worth the price. I would definitely deal with them again! :)

Do not recommend
Purchased in July and expected the delivery to take a while (15-20 days on website) but a month and a half is a joke. Never sent any updates until I complained and was given a tracking number that didn't work.
Delivery missed the occasion I bought it for and all I got from customer services is 'I'm sure there will be other occasions you could wear it too'. 🤔

Beautiful bracket and fabulous company
Ordered a lovely bracket for my friend, it was shipped ASAP from St Lucia to London, the customer service was brilliant with getting back to me, and sending me updates. My friend absolutely loves the bracelet. It’s so beautiful. I will be ordering from here again as the jewellery is gorgeous.

Gorgeous Pieces|Terrible Shipping
I absolutely love my pieces from Saint Luca. For reference I purchased a 3-piece bracelet set and they are all eye-stopping and overall pretty to wear. My only minor problem with them is that they were small for my wrist and found that I need to excessively stretch them to put them on/take them off. I dont know if that was the intended purpose, however it does not damage them luckily. Another downfall I would say is the shipping time. I ordered my pieces back in April and didn't receive them until June. It was a little annoying but their customer service definietly made up for it!!! They made sure to do everything they could to help/communicate with me. So overall: 10/10 for customer service and 9/10 for the jewlery.

Delayed shipment… But product worth the money u paid.
It was a horrible experience getting my orders shipped. Thankfully the staffs at the customer service was of good help to me. Am happy with the purchase it was exactly as seen on the web. But try and do better with ur shipping 2months waiting for an readymade product is really frustrating.
