I placed an order on the 8th of may ,we are 11th of june and no delivery
I wrote to claim,no reply !!!!
Very surprised of thr follow up
hope it is not a fake website !!!!

Everything was perfect!

The bangles I ordered was a gif for my sisters and they absolutely love them !
I had Great customer service, I was recieving regular email updates on my delivery. Also when I enquired about the products on instragram I received a reply quickly.

I ordered a set of bracelets. Initially there was a long delay but after contacting the customer service they did their max to send it with priority and I received the items few days after my reclamation. The person of the customer service (Camila) was too kind and available.
The bracelets are amazing. Usually when I buy this kind of bracelets they fit too large (my hand is small), but with this of Saint Luca fit perfect!
I recommend 100% for both quality and customer service.

I have the same experience as many others here. I should have read this before ordering. They have failed to ship my items for months. The customer service is terrible. I want a refund.

The product is beautiful as seen in the picture but the delivery took so long for it to arrive in the UK but aside that it worth the price

The items were beautifully polished and the shades of green are pleasing. Customer Service Team has been amazing, they were very kind and helpful.

Horrible and disgusting experience so far i reallyyyy wish I had read all these negative reviews before getting tempted to order from them. My order has not arrived and neither are they being helpful tracking is not showing much aswell!! I would love a refund and advise everyone stay awayyyy

For being shipped from Lithuania it came rather quickly! And I could not be more pleased! The jewelry is gorgeous, just as beautiful as the pictures, if not more so. They came in a pretty green bag and opening each piece was fun and exciting. Everything was just beautiful. I would certainly order again for myself and as a gift to someone.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A SCAM!!!

It's been almost 2 months, I didn't get my parcel at all, they've been saying it's due to covid somewhere in transition but when checking the "tracking number" - the parcel has not even been made nor sent out of the f-ing Lithuania! The customer service doesn't care at all, they're just responding 2 times a month, I've requested my refund and they've been ignoring ever since! I'll probably never see neither my money nor my parcel. F-ing liers and scammers!!!

The jewelry set I purchased was absolutely beautiful. I purchase 8 sets for my bridesmaids. I think they are going to love them. The service and delivery was fast and efficient. I will definitely order from Saint Luca jewelry in the future.

The bracelet set is perfect for everyday use because of the design. Very satisfied with the bracelet received.

This is the worst shopping experience by far. I ordered back in late november, I expected it to arrive around Christmas, it should be gifted to my friend whom I btw told that I ordered a jewelry for her. I waited patiently until 3rd of january, then I sent them an email asking about my order. They replied but it looked like copy-pasted text they send to everyone, because they didn’t respond precisely. We exchanged few emails in one week then I asked them to refund me, but they ignored it and told me to be patient due to Covid and all. I asked again for refund after 10 days, their response was the same. Then again after 15 days, they ignored. It’s been 2 and a half months, almost 3, today they emailed me to tell me one piece I ordered was not in stock so I can choose another as a replacement, which means they did not shipped my order yet at all, but they sent me my tracking number back in late december. So frustrating, I guess it is a scam!

Ordered more than a month a go and my order never arrived. Very disappointing

My delivery to the Netherlands took 8 weeks, and an additional 2 weeks because 1 item was not in stock. One pair of earrings had a total other color than advertised (brown stone instead of purple/lilac), and another pair of earrings looked totally different from what was displayed on the pictures. With the shipping taking ridiculously long already, it was extra disappointing to find out not all items were as described.

In the process of waiting for my order after having paid, it didn’t seem trustworthy as more and more negative reviews added up to the pile. Rating this 2 stars because I’m glad I did receive my order after all, but it’s just not worth it to order again. Too many things feel off about this business and I'm not comfortable buying again from them.

I ordered a coupled pieces of jewelry back in late October 2021 to be gifted as Christmas gifts fast forward it’s now February 2022 and they still have not been delivered. I was also notified that one of the pieces that was in stock when I ordered it is out of stock and they don’t know when I’ll be receiving it. You can go in and check your shipping status and for the past 3 months my shipment hasn’t even been processed yet- still sitting at the packaging place- but when I emailed CS about it I was notified the pieces that were in stock were waiting for me at my post- which they were not. I would not order from them I can’t even comment on the quality because I haven’t received my order. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point.
