Beautiful pieces
This is my second time ordering with Saint Luca and as always they deliver ! I got married in March and knew I needed this brand to be apart of my big day. The pieces are so dainty and luxurious looking . Can’t wait to order again for my 30th birthday next year!

Long Shipping Time
Shipping time took about 2 months to get my items. I reached out to customer service halfway and they assured me the items were going through quality checks to ensure things were up to standard. So, at last, I got an email stating the parcel had shipped and it took a few weeks to arrive. I was weary throughout the process but Saint Luca was proactive whenever I contacted them. The jewelry is dainty and gorgeous. Some pieces are a tad bit smaller & lighter than I expected, luckily I don't mind at all. They look stunning to the eye. I also received all of my items in one piece.

I'm trying to sue them
I know I should have read the reviews before making my order but here I am to warn everybody else.
The jewels arrived after two months and several emails and they were such terrible quality I'm ashamed for them. Some were broken and some tarnished after two days. AWFUL. I sent everything back except for one piece and they confirmed they got my return but never got my money back. I wrote to them and they said the refund has been made and then disappeared. It's been two months since they got they garbage back but I know I will never get my money back. Now I'm trying to sue them and I hope it works.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I didn't see reviews until after i placed my order and i was initially was concerned that this website was a scam. Shipping did take a long time but they had a lovely customer service rep that kept me advised of where my jewelry was in the process. I believe that each piece is made to order so that increases production time. I ordered may 30th, jewelry came July 30th. The wait was ENTIRELY worth it! Each piece is beautiful and well made. I am so very happy that I was patient and I appreciate the company having prompt and reliable communication throughout the process. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!!!

Too much effort for poor quality
I placed my order on 6/3 and it finally arrived on 7/31.
It took nearly two months, twelve emails back and forth, and intervention from my credit card company to get them to ship my jewelry. The quality of the jewelry was not even close to worth the effort I had to put into getting it. The customer service experience was sub-par, to say the least. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Saint Luca fullfilled its promises.
The shipment took way too long and at some point I thought I had been scammed, until the pieces arrived. The jewerly is very refined, well made and lives to its promise of not tarnishing (I have my bracelet on for 3 months and never take it off and its as shinny as the first day)
There were 2 items missing and I contacted the company, customer service was very helpful and gave me a gift code for my inconvenience, items were sent and I am very please with everything I got, the packaging is also very delicate and feminine.
I suggested that they rush the orders a little more and maybe post a phone number for customers to receive help in a more person to person manner.
I will order again from this company.

Don’t buy from this company it’s not worth the hassle, they take weeks and weeks to ship the items then lie about notifying you about the delays, send out items in multiple shipments and don’t advise they have done this. 4 of yhr items weren’t received, saint luca did not help at all and kept telling me to wait even though it had been months already. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal and recovered my money via them as saint luca refused to refund me for the missing items
