I’m in the beginning of taking the Egyptian black seed oil supplement, and hoping that it works for me.
But I can tell you this for sure, this is a company with integrity and great customer service. They rescinded an automatic reorder that I mistakenly placed and refunded my money without hesitation or hassle. I hope it works for me, because customer service like this is priceless.

nothing received

I really slept well after a couple of weeks.

I just started the product. I did not receive the free booklet with my purchase as promised. I am looking forward to receiving it.

Guys don’t waste your money on this. This is fake. This is not real on the label. It does not tell you any percentage when I question them. They said there wasn’t enough room to put that on their label that is total BS do not waste your money this is not real.

The 5% thymoquinone (TQ) standardisation is part of our product specification, but it isn't printed on every bottle label. This is due to packaging and labelling updates, and not because the formula has changed.

Please rest assured that the product you received is the same Sabel Life Ethiopian Black Seed Oil formula, standardised to 5% thymoquinone, even if that information isn't displayed on the bottle itself.

Order never arrived. No answer from customer service. Looks like a fraud

I have to say I'm a little worried because the customer support has not responded to me and I find that very nerve-wracking when you place your order there's a box that says 25% off but you're so anxious to get the product you don't realize it's 25% off if you get a subscription type of order which means renewable order oh my god I've been trying to reach support to either cancel my order so I can reorder without the subscription or to ask them to just add on the normal price so that I don't be stuck with a renewable order and no one has yet to respond you don't even get an automatic email back to say we got your email and we will be getting back to you soon Plus there's no phone number I'm going to make sure I never order from anywhere again where there's no way to call and get a live person so albeit , I have not got my order yet it's not time for it to get here but I'm already worried just because customer support has been non-responsive . I will follow up once I get my product , if I get my product and if I'm able to cancel this renewable subscription that I never intended so be careful when you're ordering and read very slow and carefully

Been using this for a couple weeks now and genuinely feel like I’ve noticed a big difference in my day to day. Modern day cleanse without the price tag. I had no issues with their customer service. They were very helpful when I needed to get my address changed.

Avoid at all costs. You will make a purchase and then discover that you have a subscription, which they then can't find to cancel. Total scam (for you Americans, that means a total rip off). Daylight robbery.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, we are now nearly a month from purchase and still no product arrival and according to the tracking it has been on more planes than my summer vacation, it would appear, that if not coming from China, it is coming from the African Continent that is purported to originated!! Numerous contact originally ignored and blindly ignored requests for refund. Strong inclination that this product will NEVER arrive, please think carefully before ordering, probably use a trusted supplier like amazon or Holland and Barrett etc.
Shameful scam

Changed my life I’ve never felt better on the toilet!

After nearly 3 weeks my order has still not been delivered. Efforts to contact their support for and answer and refund have been useless.

I would advise against using them at all.
