Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen war sehr enttäuschend.
Ich wollte eine einmalige Bestellung aufgeben. Ohne dass mir bewusst war, wurde gleichzeitig ein Abonnement eingerichtet. Kurz darauf wurde erneut Geld von meinem PayPal-Konto abgebucht, obwohl ich kein Abonnement abschließen wollte.
Ich habe den Verkäufer unverzüglich darüber informiert, dass ich nie ein Abonnement abschließen wollte, dieses nicht wünsche und die Bestellung storniert werden soll. Trotzdem wurde die Sendung verschickt. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass meine ausdrückliche Mitteilung und mein Wunsch, die Bestellung zu stornieren, vollständig ignoriert wurden.
Erst nachdem ich einen PayPal-Fall eröffnet hatte, wurde das Abonnement gekündigt. Die Angelegenheit zog sich über zahlreiche E-Mails hin, und am Ende musste ich sogar die Annahme der Sendung über DHL verweigern, damit sie an den Absender zurückgeschickt wird.
Ich finde es nicht akzeptabel, dass bei einer aus meiner Sicht einmaligen Bestellung automatisch ein Abonnement eingerichtet und Geld abgebucht wird und dass mein rechtzeitiger Widerspruch zunächst keine Konsequenzen hatte.

This is a total scam!
They are pathetic liars.
1. They say in their advertisement that they have 3rd party lab test results to prove the purity of the product. When I asked to send it over - no reply.
2. When I asked to present a Certificate of Origin, because I saw from the tracking code, that the product is shipped from China - no reply.
3. However, when I asked if the product was made in China, they denied it.
4. They promise money back guarantee, when I asked for it, as all the 3 bottles that I bought ended in a trash bin, because I do not put into my body anything if I am not 100% sure of its purity and origin - they replied: "Hi Ruta,

Only after opening a case via Paypal a refund was issued. But it does not change my overall opinion about this company/business. Their advertising is misleading, they do not fulfill their promises and they do not provide with anything I asked and mentioned in my review above. Do not buy from them.

We want to make this right and get to the bottom of what you received. A few things would help us investigate quickly: the order number or the email address used at checkout, and if possible a photo of the capsule and the bottle/batch code. You can send these to support@sabellife.com and we'll prioritize your case.
A couple of things that might help in the meantime: the aroma of our oil can come across differently than the loose oil you may be used to, both because of our cold-press process and because the oil is sealed inside a softgel, which mutes a lot of that raw pungency until the capsule breaks down. Color can vary batch to batch as well. That said, we never want you second-guessing what you paid for, so once we locate your order we'll review the exact batch you received and take care of you with a replacement or full refund.
