UPDATE: after this review they contacted me and offered a product resend or a money back. I recieved the money. Correct company.
I ordered and payed the product to Hungary and without any previous email i just recieved a mail that after 2 failed delivery my package were sent back. I contacted the operator but after 2 mails just disappeared. No product, no money. One star.

They charged me for same day shipping on 17 Jun. It took 3 weeks to receive, and I was charged additionally by the courier service. When informing customer service - they asked me to deal directly with the courier service. It’s a scam, please avoid at all cost.

I reviewed your order and can confirm that we've refunded the shipping fee you paid to us as a gesture of goodwill for the delay.
Regarding the additional fee charged by the courier upon delivery, that unfortunately is outside of our control. We paid the shipping charges when we booked the shipment for your order, and any import duties, customs charges, or local courier fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities or the carrier. That's also why we referred you back to the courier, as they're the only ones who can explain or review those charges.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this caused. We've also been reviewing our shipping options to help prevent situations like this in the future.

The money was taken from my account and I did not get any tracking information or order number. I reached out by email with screen shots of this transaction and it has been radio silence. Customer service is excellent
When I placed my order I didn’t realise that it was a recurring order. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful. I don’t have the products yet but if they are half as good as the customer service then I will be ordering more from them

Fantastic customer service
I ordered the black seed oil, but after checking with my doctor, was told not to take it because of the medication I am already on. I contacted sabelife and explained. They were very accommodating and cancelled the order and refunded my money straight away. Brilliant experience and can't praise them enough. Keep up the great customer service.
