I bought a shoes on May 31 and I still haven’t received the shipping number. I wrote emails to custormer service but I don’t have received a response. And now, I read all these reviews. I’m sad 😢.

Ich hatte meine erste Bestellung abgegeben und dann erst die Rezensionen hier gelesen. Hätte ich sie vor der Bestellung gelesen, hätte ich es gelassen. Es stimmt: Auf Emails bekommt man absolut keine Reaktion. Die erste Bestellung kam nach ca 2-3 Wochen an und alle Schuhe haben perfekt gepasst. Ich habe demnach keine Erfahrungen mit einer Rücksendung oder Erstattung. Da ich am liebsten in den Rummos Schuhen tanze, dachte ich, ich bestelle einfach noch mal, aber für einen geringeren Gesamtpreis, so dass ich notfalls den Verlust verschmerzen könnte. Was soll ich sagen? Nach nur 10 Tagen war die Bestellung da und wieder passt die ausgewählte Größe, wie auch bei den ersten Schuhen. Bisher kann ich, bis auf die fehlenden Emailantworten, nichts Negatives berichten. Die Qualität meiner gewählten Schuhe ist sehr gut. Obwohl ich nie auf hohen Schuhen laufe, kann ich in diesen Schuhen (6R und 7R) wirklich stundenlang tanzen. Auch hab ich das Gefühl, dass sich die Schuhe dem Fuß auch etwas anpassen.

He comprado los nuevos Rummos R-460 y estoy encantada, tardaron solo unos 15 dias en enviarlos, pero lo mejor es que me chiflan son blanditos, la suela muy esponjosa , super comodos para bailar mucho mucho . Estoy tan encantada que por eso escribo esta reseña, si alguien duda de que zapatos comprar esta es mi opinion.

Very slow and bad customer care
I bought 4 pairs of shoes and I have tried to return them for three months! Customer Care doesn´t answer properly. There is no help at all! Returns are offered but unfortunately not possible.

Scam company. Terrible service. I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big and not the right colour and wanted to return them. They replied once to me asking if it was an exchange or a return and when I replied a return they never sent me the details of how to make the return. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
Delivered after 3,5 weeks
If I had read the reviews I would never have ordered, but my 2 pair of shoes GOT DELIVERED (to Norway) 3,5 week after I ordered. The shoes are very nice. I did send an email to customer service asking about my order while I was waiting, but I did not get a reply. Still wanted to give 4 stars. Many online stores deliver really fast these days, so I got unpatient, but 3,5 week is ok I guess.
I never received my shoes or a reply to my emails
I placed an order and received an order confirmation, but never a confirmation about shipment. According to the website the shoes should be dispatched within 24 hours and shipping time takes 3-5 days. The order was placed on July 29th, it is now August 12 and I should have received a shipping confirmation with tracking number or the shoes. I have received neither and have contacted the customer service several times without receiving a single reply.

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures de danse à 89 € chez Rummos Shop.
La première paire reçue était trop petite, je l’ai renvoyée à mes frais.
Ils m’ont renvoyé une autre paire… encore plus petite.
Depuis, malgré plusieurs relances, ils ne répondent plus et refusent de me rembourser.
Service client inexistant, communication rompue, et frais de retour à ma charge sans résolution.
Je déconseille vivement cette boutique.

O primeiro par que recebi era demasiado pequeno e devolvi-o às minhas custas.
Enviaram-me outro par… ainda mais pequeno.
Desde então, apesar de várias tentativas de contacto, deixaram de responder e recusam-se a reembolsar-me.
Serviço ao cliente inexistente, comunicação nula e custos de devolução pagos por mim sem qualquer solução.
Não recomendo esta loja.
Very good experience with this shop
I had a very good experience with this shop contrary to many reviews on this site. Yes, it took a while for the shoes to arrive but this was no surprise as they did a long journey between Portugal and Cyprus. My emails were answered, I received a tracking number and finally the shoes arrived as ordered in excellent packaging and condition.
I had a Rummos shoes from ages ago
I had a Rummos shoes from ages ago, maybe 15 years ago and It was the best dance shoe. Most comfortable and looked beautiful. But because I wearing it all the time I needed a new pair. I didn't check how the company reviews after such a long time, that was a mistake. I trusted them that they would deliver the same quality. So I ordered 2x new dance shoes approximately 200 pounds. They arrived. The 1st one showed size 5 on it but the actual size was 3. My whole big toe was hanging off. I could not believe. It was tiny. And the other one that was the right size felt very wobbly, not secure, and it felt like I am about to dislocate my ankles any time when I was walking around in my room. It felt like the shoe was faulty when they made it. So I felt disappointed. And when I ordered them , the site promised easy and quick full refund. I decided to send the shoes back and requested full refund. After a long time the post man delivered the box back. It said on it that it was the wrong address. So I emailed. No answer. And called. Someone answered and reassured me that it is the right address, but mainly couldn't speak much English. After several attempts for refund, unanswered emails etc I gave up. It is such a shame that considering that they used to be so good, they are now right the opposite. Check reviews of the company before you buy

J'ai passé ma commande vendredi 18 avril 2025 et j'ai reçu mes chaussures le 25 soit, 1 semaine après sachant qu'on avait un jour férié dans la semaine.
Juste après ma commande, n'ayant pas reçu de mail d'information concernant la date de livraison, j'ai envoyé 1 mail + 1 message sur Insta restés tous les 2 sans réponse. Je suis ensuite allée sur Truspilot où j'ai vu tous les avis négatifs et je me suis dis que je ne recevrais jamais ma commande.
Puis elle est arrivée :) et je suis très contente de la qualité. Je conseille de prendre 1/2 pointure que votre taille habituelle. J'ai pris 39 et elles me vont mais 39 1/2 aurait été parfait, malheureusement c'était la plus grande taille dans le modèle désiré.
Si vous souhaitez commander, je vous conseillerais juste d'être patient, c'était ma première commande et j'ai peut-être eu de la chance.
Je trouve juste dommage qu'ils ne répondent pas aux mails et ne donnent pas d'information sur l'état de la commande mais sinon la qualité est top!

I ordered dance shoes worth €710.50 from Rummos to the UK, and they failed to inform me that I would be hit with customs charges. Now, I am being asked to pay an additional £190+ in import fees, which they never mentioned at checkout.
To make matters worse, I was wrongly charged Portuguese VAT (€133.26), which should have been deducted for an international order. Despite multiple emails, Rummos is ignoring my refund request and dragging their feet, hoping I’ll just pay the extra costs myself.
This is not how a professional business should treat customers. If you’re considering buying from them internationally, be warned—they don’t provide clear information about customs fees, and getting a refund is a nightmare.
@rummosshop, I expect you to resolve this immediately. Refund the VAT you wrongly charged me, or I’ll refuse delivery, and you’ll have to cover the return costs yourselves.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Rummos to try on, as the retailer guarantees on its website that returns and exchanges are easy and hassle-free.
The items arrived quickly. I decided to return some of them and initiated the return process. Shortly after, I received an email from the customer service, in which they even asked for feedback on how they could improve. I returned the shoes within the required timeframe and tracked the package to confirm that it had been successfully delivered.
However, I never received a refund or any further communication from the shop. I tried to contact customer service through various channels and sent dozens of emails – all of which went unanswered. I assume that they initially responded to my return request because they wanted to resell the shoes but never intended to refund my money!
Several months after my return was received by the retailer, I called their customer service (+351 227 534 395). A representative actually answered and assured me that they would resolve the issue and get back to me the same day – which, of course, never happened.
In case you got scammed by Rummos, try to get your money back by reporting them to the payment service you used (e.g. PayPal). However, be aware that PayPal buyer protection does not cover returns! If you return an item but do not receive a refund, PayPal may not protect you. However, it is worth a try.
Rummos owes me several hundred euros, and I am now considering legal action. A complete scam!
