Still not receive my piano ordered in 12/2025 ! 579€

We ordered a Roly Keyboard over a year ago, 09/25 and paid in full for it. We received multiple emails stating our product was in production, then it was being delayed due to the overwhelming response. Then it was being delayed but was still planning on shipping soon.
I have emailed the company (there is no phone number to call) thru their website with ZERO responses. I have no way to get my money back according to the website, there is no support or channel to get refunded. Don't fall for this scam -- don't buy this product!

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this has genuinely been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

I was incredibly excited when I first discovered this product and eagerly placed my order. Unfortunately, that excitement has turned into an equal amount of disappointment. Nine months later, I still haven't received my order, and I can't even get a response from ROLI regarding its status, despite numerous attempts to contact them via email.

They were quick to accept my payment, but have repeatedly pushed back shipping dates, failed to deliver the product, and now seem completely unwilling to respond to my inquiries.

To make matters worse, their contact form on their website doesn't seem to be working anymore either, leaving me completely in the dark, with seemingly no reliable way to get in touch with the company or find out what's happening with my order.

I genuinely wish I could recommend this company because the product itself looks fantastic. However, no matter how impressive a product may be, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

After nine months of waiting, the very least I would expect is some basic communication and transparency about my order. That's not too much to ask from a company that wants customers to trust them with their money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It is October 8th and I have still not received my order which was ordered in DECEMBER as Christmas gift (order #232035). The last update from customer support was that the order will be dispatched in late June, but again, this has not happen. What a nonsense company.

Company stole money from me on my airwave order and sent me a defective piano. Absolutely trash company. Stay far away.

Habe ein Jahr gewartet bis das Gerät kommt. Dann nach 2 Stunden klappte das Roli töne erzeugt und das keyboard sich verbunden hat nach vielen Versuchen. Dann Roli Airwave erkennt zwar das Tastendrücken aber es werden keine Hände angezeigtt🤣🤣 es ist wirklich zum Schreien dann Support geschrieben die mir freundlicherweise nach einem gefühlt halben Jahr mittgeteilt haben das das Piano noch nicht mit Mac Tahoe 26 funktioniert also komplett unbauchbar ist. Unausgereiftes Produkt

Roli Learn app (wat je nodig hebt om het Lumi toetsenbord te gebruiken) is plots niet meer beschikbaar in de Appstore

Ho effettuato un ordine per un ROLI Airwave a dicembre 2025 (Ordine SE-48424). Dopo mesi di attesa, il prodotto è arrivato a marzo danneggiato a causa dell'imballaggio inadeguato.
​Ad aprile 2026 ho concordato con il supporto e con il CEO un cambio/integrazione per aggiungere la Seaboard Rise 2 (Ordine SE-51241), saldando regolarmente l'importo richiesto (€854). La spedizione di entrambi i dispositivi era garantita entro la fine di giugno 2026.
​Siamo ad ottobre 2026: nonostante l'Airwave difettoso sia stato restituito da mesi e la Seaboard sia stata completamente saldata ad aprile, non ho mai ricevuto né i prodotti né un codice di tracciamento.
​Il servizio clienti è praticamente inesistente: ho inviato solleciti continui e formali (anche ai vertici aziendali), ricevendo solo scuse generiche e nessun aggiornamento concreto. ROLI trattiene i miei soldi da quasi un anno senza fornire ciò che è stato pagato.
​Un comportamento inaccettabile per un marchio di questa rilevanza. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto diretto.

I bought two Piano M keyboards from roli.com in December 2024 (order SU-62974). In October 2025 I sent both back for a warranty replacement, and ROLI confirmed receiving them on November 10, 2025.

The first replacement shipment (SU-78391) never reached me. The carrier returned it to ROLI. A second replacement order (SU-86031) was created in February 2026 and was promised for mid-May, then late May, then early July. It's now mid-October and the order still hasn't shipped. My emails to support haven't been answered, and I've now emailed them again with a deadline of October 28.

ROLI has had my keyboards for almost a year. I'm not asking for a refund, just the replacements I'm owed.

Extremely disappointing customer support. I’ve been waiting almost a year for a response regarding my ROLI Seaboard M replacement claim. My requests have been repeatedly postponed, and now even my new claims are being ignored.

Nearly a year of waiting with no resolution and no proper communication is unacceptable. I expected much more from ROLI as a customer.

Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustration and silence. I cannot recommend a company that treats its customers this way.

ROLI Piano never delivered after almost a year – refund request ignored

I ordered a ROLI Piano in October 2025 and paid €548.99 upfront.

ROLI repeatedly postponed delivery: December, March, April, May, June, and finally July 2026. Each new update came with another explanation and another promise.

On several occasions, ROLI's CEO and co-founder explicitly confirmed that I could cancel my order and receive a full refund.

I formally cancelled my order and requested a refund on August 12, 2026. I received an automated acknowledgement, but no meaningful response or refund.

As of October 11, 2026, I have neither the product nor my money.

I have now sent a final formal refund request and am pursuing the available consumer and payment dispute procedures.

ROLI, please process my full refund rather than sending another automated response or revised delivery estimate.

I strongly advise potential customers to consider this experience before ordering directly from ROLI.

I ordered my Roli Piano & Airwave bundle back on January 2nd, 2026 and it’s now October 10th, 2026 and I still haven’t received it. I have submitted 2 support tickets in July and I still haven’t had anyone reach out to help me, outside of the automated responses.

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been the absolute worst purchasing experience.

So its October 10, 2026 right. I ordered my Roli Piano and Airwave (Spent $1000) on December 8th 2025. THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED IT. Ship my stuff and ill remove this review but right now I feel scammed and robbed. Oh yeah I also submitted support ticket a month ago. Crickets.

Ordered a Roli Seaboard M at the end of June and still haven’t received it as of October 10th. There is no way to submit a claim ticket on the website and no number to call.

Commande d'un bundle Seabord M + Airwave en décembre 2025 pour noël avec argent retiré le jour même. Seabord M livré en février avec de nombreux retard avec peu de justifications, et toujours en attente du Airwave en Octobre 2026, sans avoir de nouvelles ni retours aux réclamations et demande d'aide effectuées.
Je me demande comment le site est toujours ouvert et les commandes continues d'être prises alors qu'ils savent très bien qu'ils ne peuvent pas respecter les engagements de livraison. Trustpilot est bien pour faire remonter les problèmes, mais ne les résout malheureusement pas forcément. Quel dommage pour une marque ROLI aussi réputé au départ de tomber dans les bas fonds à cause d'une gestion désastreuse...

I am extremely frustrated and honestly appalled by this experience. I placed a preorder at the beginning of April and received an order confirmation stating an estimated shipping date. The bundle was supposed to ship by the end of June. Until July, I was at least able to check my order status on the ROLI website using my order number. However, that part of the website has since disappeared entirely. Instead, the page now simply says:“Sorry, that link has expired.
Please contact our customer service to help resolve this issue.” Which would almost be funny if it weren't so frustrating - because I have contacted customer service several times, and they simply don't respond. Apart from an automated standard reply saying that ROLI is experiencing a high volume of support requests, I have received no actual response since July. There are also no longer any updates on the website regarding the preorder batches or shipping status. At this point, I am seriously concerned that the €1,500 I paid upfront may simply be gone.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against placing an order until ROLI starts providing proper communication and transparency regarding preorders and shipping!

Setting aside the very late production and delivery, a key on my keyboard broke after only 5 months of use. I emailed support and asked for a refund, since it hadn't been that long. After a lot of back and forth, they would only agree to send a replacement, and then told me it would take another 2 months due to stock delays. It has now been 5 months since then. I still have no keyboard and no response to multiple follow-up emails. They have completely ghosted me.

I have not received my purchase that was ordered in December. I ordered the complete bundle (circa £1k) and got send a case only. Then the emails starting coming saying there was a delay with my order owing to a material issue. First one pushed this back to March, the next one to June. Since then there has been no further update and radio silence. Order isn't fulfilled. No human to contact. I've messaged on their online form and no response. I've emailed and got an unavailable response. Think I've been scammed and lulled into a false sense of security. Noted many others on here have experienced similar recently, falling into the same problem, trusting this company to be legitimate and having genuine problems as it's a product that looks very good perhaps worth waiting for.

Ordered a complete piano kit in December 2025. Informed of delay on the keyboard until January but received a case and the airwave element. Since then nothing despite repeated emails. Almost non existent replies. Asked for a refund in August. Now in dispute via my bank. Time consuming and frustrating. And no music
