Update is they guarenteed me I would get them by fed ex by Christmas, I was refunded yesterday because they had an issue with making them

On our website, if you click on "INFO," there’s a page called "Track Your Order" (https://rocketgrip.com/apps/parcelpanel). Using this tool, you should be able to see all the latest updates about your order.
We also send email notifications for shipping updates, so please make sure you’re subscribed to those. It’s a great way to stay informed with more transparency.

Started getting RocketGrip many years ago for my son when he started playing hockey
LOVE them! Customized with his name/number. Fun to put on(I use hot water)
Never any “wearing out” of his gloves nor do I have to constantly retape his stick! Not ONE has worn out before his stick has. Just reordered more and Will continue to use these!

I ordered 2 grips on November 11th They were shipped on Nov.19th and there have been no updates to shipping since. I created a ticket on December 3 and have not received any response. I have tried emailing as well and there has been zero correspondence. These costs way too much money to have such poor customer service. Very unhappy as I’m starting to think I will not be getting these in time for Christmas.
They got back to me on here and have offered a way to get me my items.
After getting back to it's been silent for the last 4 days now. Can't answer me when the item will arrive. Because of this I'd STRONGLY recommend not ordering from rocket grip. So far none of what they have said has been true. Hopefully there's some reason for it and they do get back to.me sooner then later.

I’m sorry to hear about your frustration with this situation, and we completely understand you.
After checking into your order, I can see that your package made it to Canada but is unfortunately stuck due to delays caused by the ongoing Canada Post strike. I know how disappointing this must be, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience.
While the situation is out of our hands, we want to do everything possible to make it right. If the package doesn’t move by this Monday (9th December), we’ll look into alternative solutions to ensure you get your grips in time for Christmas by resending the order with FedEx express mail at our cost.
Poor support
Poor support! Made order 17 July, advert 2 month I got answer and finally my grips.

Hi Gerald,
We see your ticket in the system so our customer support specialist will reply within the next 24 hours. Due to holiday season requests it takes longer to respond than previously, but no ticket goes without response and solution.
In the meantime, I have looked into your case and see no update by USPS. This Monday (9th December), we will be able to open the case for this delivery as the time period will be passed within which it has to be delivered.
So even though there is nothing we can specifically do with this particular shipment, as it looks like the issue is on the postal service provider's side, I can reassure you that we will send you a new package with FedEx Express delivery at our cost so you could receive it ASAP.
Zero Communication
I ordered 2 grips on October 28th. They were shipped on Nov. 3 and there have been no updates to shipping since. I created a ticket on Nov 25 and have not received any response. I have tried emailing as well and there has been zero correspondence. These costs way too much money to have such poor customer service. Very unhappy as I’m starting to think I will not be getting these in time for Christmas.
Update: thankfully I received a reply through Trustpilot so I am happy to have the communication, I just wish it would have come from their ticket system. I understand they cannot help the Canada Post strike.

Hi Joanne! I am sorry to hear about your experience. From the order, I see that your order has been affected by the Canadian Postal Strike, The order currently sits in Canada, but they are not delivering.
I have also sent your message to our customer support for the check. Normally, we respond within 24 hours. But to assure you, I promise you will get your package before Christmas. We will do everything, even if it means resending with express delivery again!
Ordered 10/14/24 - Still waiting - support stinks
Ordered October 14, 2024 - FedEx label created but package never received by FedEx to expedite shipping. Support is difficult to pin down with a ticketing system that doesn't allow you to register for to check messages and when a response does come in it tells me to call FedEX. FedEx does not have the package - RocketGrip has it, put down the donut and get the shipment over to FedEx!!

After investigating the issue, it appears that FedEx has unfortunately lost the package. While we have confirmed that the package left our facility, FedEx requires that the recipient (you) initiate the claim process for further details due to confidentiality policies. However, we take full responsibility for ensuring you receive your order.
To resolve this as quickly as possible, we are already preparing a new shipment for you and will ensure it is expedited to minimize any further delay. You will receive a new tracking number shortly.
PAY ATTENTION- say NO to Fabric
PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT U ORDER. The video shows a super quick installment with boiling water. Fabric requires a REAL HEAT GUN not a hair dryer, after 20 mins of trying. Still working on it. Watch the you tube videos! I'm bothered and would not have bought the fabric version knowing I'd have to buy a heat gun.
Pros-Quick delivery. Made kid super happy to his team nickname. With a true heat gun it's a quick install.

You’re absolutely right — the Fabric grip can only be applied using a heat gun. If someone doesn’t have one at home, we usually recommend heading to an ice rink to apply it. Every ice rink should have one, as they’re pretty common in ice hockey.

This looks like a scam
Bought the product more than a month and a half ago, but still nothing. And the customer service is inexistent. It is too expensive for this kind of treatment.
Update: they are fast to respond here to give you the impression they are handling. All lies - today is December 10 and I still haven't received anything. Customer service is inexistent. Beware!

We just found your email to us and we will respond immediately. I see that you chose standard shipping method and we use national post for that, on avarage it take 9-11 days. I see that you did order 27 days ago so this already 100% over our expected delivery date. This issue is caused due to Canadian Postal Strike, which is currently happening.
I can assure you that Customer support will fix this issue together with you and find solution for your case. We usually ship new order with Fedex.
Tolles Tape (Hole&Grip)
Tolles Tape (Hole), einfach mit Wasser zu formen, leider löst sich die Farbe schon nach wenigen Wochen- daher 1 Stern Abzug. Das Griptape war nur mit Heißluft zu formen- leider ist der Schläger gebrochen und somit konnten wir das Tape nicht testen. Firma ist vertrauenswürdig. Wir bestellen regelmäßig.
