Octopus Rocketgrip is Awful
It’s almost impossible to get the grip in proper position on the racquet. The instructions and video are worthless. Also, tennis stores want $20 to deal with the grip and have better options. This purchase was a bad mistake.

Terrible installation
Took awhile for my order to come as others have stated but it came today with the tool that's supposed to make installation better. That's not so and the video show the guy using tape which was not in my order. Took my old grip off n now cannot install yours so my racket is useless ..

Never receive the products I paid for
Never receive the products I paid for. I asked for them to be re-sent or be reimbursed. The company wants to me find the package that is supposedly hiding somewhere in the U.S. I have no idea how to do this, as the international tracking number is not recognized by any U.S. carrier. I have told RocketGrip this several times and no response. I feel like I've been scammed.

Better installation instructions / videos needed
Product needs to be shipped with better installation instructions. Took 3 people 4 hours to work out how to install the grip onto a tennis racquet. All installation videos on the website are for installation of a different type of grip onto a hockey stick. Changing review/rating from 1 star to 4 stars as we ended up working out how to install the grip - although it was still very difficult.
Product is also vastly over priced for what’s essentially a rubber condom for your tennis racquet handle.

Received the order in 10 days here in…
Received the order in 10 days here in Italy. Grips are on my rackets, and feel great. After playing I did notice there was less stress on my arm and shoulder.

Installation hell for limited benefit.
Can’t recommend this product. The main reason is the installation, which is a nightmare. It took about 30 minutes of wrenching and my hands were still sore two days later.
Claims about shock absorption and comfort are exaggerated. It actually plays quite firm compared to a normal wrapped undergrip. Sweat wicking is okay but again nothing special.
Another thing is how it affects the balance of the racquet. It’s actually fairly heavy for an undergrip so it will make your racquet noticeably more head light, you may have to add lead tape to compensate.
It feels to me like the company doesn’t really understand tennis and are just transplanting a hockey grip onto a different piece of equipment.
Positives are is it looks fairly cool in terms of the colour and how the dots show through the grip. I can imagine it will be very durable as well.
Until they work out a better system for installing the grip, absolutely do not buy this product you will regret it, and even if they do I don’t think it does anything that justifies the cost.

Putting on the grip was not a good experience. Ended up throwing it away. Those plastic sliders were ridiculous.

After a very problematic delivery
After a very problematic delivery, i tried to put the grip on my tennis racket and god damn I spent 1 hour, I watched their video, 3 people tried it after. We did it step by step. It wad impossible on the grip width of my tennis racket. Useless… fk useless.

Customer service at it's best!!!!!
We haven't installed one of the grips yet, but I wanted the recognize the customer service. We took advantage of a holiday special and got grips for my daughters and her friends as presents. Unfortunately our package got lost and the holiday passed. Rocket Grip responded to all my emails and concerns promptly and honestly. They shipped out another order custom made quickly and efficiently. Their mission statement talks about taking care of the customer, they are living that belief. Thank you for this experience

I have not received my order at all yet! I am quite disappointed actually. It said 10 business days and it has been long past that time now! I have been ordering from this company for years now and no issues! Now all of a sudden no order!!!

Feel good look good
At first, I thought it was just a colorful piece of gear. But ever since I tried Rocketgrip back in 2019, I’ve never gone back to regular tape. It feels great, doesn’t get wet or sticky, and doesn’t tear up my gloves. I love this product, it become a permanent part of my game.
