Hi Rodney,

We’re sorry that the undergrip increased the size of your racket handle more than expected and that the installation was more difficult than shown.

It is important that the Octopus Undergrip replaces the racket’s original base grip rather than being installed over it, as installing it on top of the existing grip will noticeably increase the handle size. If our instructions did not make this clear enough, that is something we need to improve.

After reviewing your order, we can see that it was placed on July 9, processed and shipped within 4 business days on July 16, and successfully delivered on July 21. Your order was shipped using our Standard Shipping service, which has an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. Shipping estimates and processing times are clearly outlined on our website to help customers know what to expect before placing an order.

We also noticed that we haven’t received any communication from you through our customer support. We genuinely wish you had reached out to us, as we would have been more than happy to assist you.

We appreciate that you reached out to our support team, and we’ve been in contact with you via email in an effort to better understand the situation. Based on your review, we’d have liked to gather a few more details, as a grip size increase from 4 3/8 to 4 5/8 is not something we would normally expect. Our Octopus Undergrip is designed to be very thin and should not significantly change the grip size. One possible explanation could be that the original base grip was not removed before installation, but without more information, we can’t say for certain.

Our goal was to help investigate the issue and find a solution together. Unfortunately, we understand from our email conversation that you decided not to give the product another opportunity and instead gave it to a friend.

Atvainojamies, ka piegāde neatbilda Jūsu gaidītajam. Mēs saprotam, ka saņemt pasūtījumu vēlāk, nekā plānots, var radīt vilšanos.

Pārskatot Jūsu pasūtījumu, redzam, ka tas tika piegādāts 6 darba dienu laikā no pasūtījuma veikšanas. Omniva piegāde Latvijas teritorijā pēc izsūtīšanas parasti aizņem 1–2 darba dienas, taču pirms tam ir arī pasūtījuma apstrādes laiks. Reizēm piegādes var ietekmēt arī no mums neatkarīgi ārējie faktori, piemēram, piegādātāja noslodze vai loģistikas aizkavēšanās.

Mums patiesi žēl, ka šoreiz piegāde aizņēma ilgāku laiku, nekā ierasts. Mēs nepārtraukti strādājam, lai uzlabotu gan pasūtījumu apstrādes, gan piegādes procesu.
