No problems at all with the glasses, they are a good fit and are really comfortable while wearing. Main reason for purchase was the fact they are light reactive and perfect for cycling.
Delivery took an age, i honestly think they forgot about my order, it was only when I contacted them that anything happened. I did receive the order quickly after though.

Excellent product at a very affordable price

Lights are good and work as expected. Product page for lights shows images the different mounting options for the lights and the different brackets, therefore my expectation was the package would contain all of these brackets. Very disappointed to find vox contained only the bar end mounts, so was unable tap onto the flexibility of the other mounting options. VERY MISLEADING PRODUCT PAGE. Also unable to find where I can purchase the additional brackets, even if I chose to spend more money to get what I already thought I was getting.

My car is an S Class Mercedes, got a quote to fit a Towbar…. they wanted £700 🤔 I bought the three Bike rack from Rockbros and it’s amazing, easy to use with no unsightly towbar or electrics and looks 😎 also saved me a fortune thank you Rockbros.

Very sturdy, excellent materials, I can’t knock it…. get yourself out there and buy one you won’t regret.

Received my bike rack today. Arrived within 48 hours which is great. I also ordered several adaptors to fit my forks but they weren’t with my package. Emailed the support team and they responded next morning confirming the adaptors had been shipped separately and supplied the tracking number for my peace of mind. Overall, a speedy and reassuring response to my query.

Kept up to date, and all questions answered promptly.

Purchased: smart lock rear light, 1500 lumens front bike light and the bike computer mount
Overall impression: the products look and feel great. They are very easy to use and install.
Design and features: the smart rear bike light with lock is a great all in 1 for that bit of security without having to carry a seperate lock, and the unlock feature is super easy
Purchase experience: Delivery was really slow and paying £10 for standard delivery that takes 7 working days is a real let down for the entire experience
Suggestions: Free delivery or a faster paid for delivery.

On the recommendations of fellow cyclists bought an electric bike pump, 5 months after purchase I needed to use it. The pump didn’t work - it would partially inflate the tyre and switch off, leaving flat tyre
Email & video of failed pump sent to customer services who promptly dispatched a new one.
The new pump charges, works and does its job.

Rockbros have been amazing. There was a small issue with shipping, but after 1 email this was rectified immediately. The parcel then arrived 24 hours later. Amazing costumer services and good quality products. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bought some large sized cycling gloves however they were so small.

I’m usually UK medium in Assos, Castelli, but Rockbros gloves are tiny fitting. Awaiting a refund.

Gloves looked good and reasonably priced, but sizing is an issue.

Turned up on time but did not work. The batteries that comes with it were dead so had to buy new batteries When it cost £10 and you have to buy new batteries at£5 the cost build up. When changing the batteries I noticed how cheap the plastic part is so don’t know how long it will last.

Quality ok but sizes small and don’t even try to return them .im stuck with an item that’s too small and no easy return mechanism.you have to email the company and then they do t respond ,effectively making sure you run out of time to return within their 14 day window!!I’ve just wasted my money

have bought the bicycle light rhl3000 shipping to sweden now three times. first two times via amazon and the us, this time over british rockbrossport. foresaw delivery from within the eu and a warehouse in poland, but lamps were sent from china. no issues with that other than delivery took an extra week. transparent process, toll and vat was taken care of with no extra charges. would however suggest to the company to have a site within the eu, as shopping over an uk site might deter eu customers as it in other cases often means extra hazzle and costs. lamp itself gives a very wide, strong and floody light carpet stvzo style, thus not blinding oncoming traffic. at has with 2x21700 cells three times the battery capacity of conventional rechargeable bicycle lights. recommend.

Quality product, comfortable wearing, ,sensitive various light conditions. Wear them for mtbing in the dark they are that good .

Following on from my original review, product did arrive late and I did get a good response from RockBros. While late, feel it does warrant a better final review as the product is good.

Cannot comment on product as it has not arrived, ordered 2 weeks ago (5-7 day delivery) After having to translate the tracking updates from Chinese, looks like my helmets have not even left China after 2 weeks. Pretty poor considering this will not arrive as a birthday present. Should have went to my local bike shop…. Did email RockBros, no response yet :-(

Initiated a return for an item that really wasnt going to work for what i needed it for. Was suggested I keep item and "give/sell to friends or family" and receive 10% refund!! Emailed back to advise I wanted to return it and receive a full refund as per their T&Cs. Did all of this within the 14 day period and still no further response. Shocking really to suggest such a thing in the first place, IMO.
No customer service contact - will definitely avoid buying from again.
