I had a problem with a referral code…
I had a problem with a referral code being put in the wrong place which meant i did't get my reward. I emailed and Ben responded straight away and sorted the problem with kindness and efficiency! I am very happy with this service and love the products. I referred my Mum and she loves them too. I will continue to recommend.

Great Customer service, I had mistakenly put my old address and contacted customer service, they were very good and arranged a new order. As of now not received the product, I will update about the product once I use it.

Very professional and considerate.
I am now waiting for a replacement.
Other than that there's no issue, love the boxes and the products.
The delivery though is taking more time than usual lately... but cannot wait to receive my mystery order replacement!♥️

Disappointed!
I was disappointed with this box as it had 4 items, all of which I'd had before and the 5th item was a tiny sachet. You could hardly call it an 'item!'
It wasn't up to the usual Roccabox standard. I won't be bothering with another mystery box for a good while.

So much to love about Roccabox!
First of all I love that all of the packaging is completely recyclable (depending if your area recycles soft plastic - I’m mainly talking about the cardboard box and paper filling). The products aren’t typical / the same thing each month, and some of the items made me expand my comfort zone - I’m so thrilled! I wouldn’t want to buy something in a shop for much more than £10 if it turns out I didn’t get on with it, but the low cost of Roccabox subscription is hard to argue with.
Roccabox is delivered in a timely manner (2/3 days postage is average) and with Royal Mail, so trusted staff.
I highly recommend Roccabox, be it a goody bag or a subscription as it’s a fantastic way to increase your self-image.

Great products, not always usable though..
The actual products are great and are genuine. I had an issue because of a box I received and the largest item was a tanning product which I couldn't use as a person of colour. This has happened previously, but usually I've been able to give them away. When I contacted customer service they told me to ignore that item and make use of all of the others. I didn't really agree with the way it was handled, so asked about returning the box and was told I could, but would have to pay for the return fee. It wasn't worth it so I've given the products to friends or charity. I've decided not to return as a customer now, however, the products are great, it's just pot luck if they're all usable.

This is a really great company
This is a really great company. Rare to find such fantastic customer service. I had some issues receiving my order and Ben @ Rocca resolved them for me quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Products are really great value. I will come back!

I think it's quite exciting waiting for your next box.
It has things in that you may not usually buy, but you will definitely give the products a try!!!!!
There are not many guilty pleasures, but this is definitely one I would recommend!!!!

Not getting any where.
My experience is not good cancelled my subscription in March and still being sent two boxes which I am paying £18.99 each. Get in touch they say I do not have a subscription so why are they charging me for two boxes still on my card cannot cancel because it shows I do not have a subscription need to sort this out but don't get anywhere with emails. Need help
