I have been a subscriber for over a year and always enjoyed receiving these monthly boxes.

I received June box and had the Revolution XX Bright Light primer, something I was excited to try!

Omg the smell when I went to use it, was disgusting! Literally smelled of fish, totally unusable.

I contacted roccabox on Facebook to provide my feedback and never received a response, so messaged again. I’m more than happy to send the item back but I’d like a replacement, it’s such a huge disappointment especially as this was the main item for this month.

If this isn’t resolved I will be leaving and going elsewhere.

Love my monthly fix of Roccabox, fantastic products.

Roccabox was one of the best subscription boxes, but lately, since it’s costing more, it’s a bit hit and miss. I enjoyed getting products I wouldn’t usually buy/ use and brands I hadn’t tried before being too expensive usually. But these boxes lately no longer have a wow factor.

Getting my Roccabox is always great, I love seeing what’s in the box this month

Started subscription of the roccabox over a year ago and the contents were great for the price of the box. Quality of what you get has reduced a fair bit and the cost of the box has increased so I cancelled my subscription. I had to email to cancel (can’t do this via your account) and even then they ‘couldn’t find me on the system’ to cancel me.

Yet another amazing box from Roccabox. Not had a bad one yet. So many amazing products month after month. Thank you so much

I’ve loved every box I have received so far ! The products are fantastic and it’s giving me an opportunity to try different brands for a fraction of the price. Highly appreciated and recommend.

AVOID! Got my first box and was completely disappointed as the contents pictured did not match what arrived. I emailed them to cancel due to their false advertising and they have taken money again this month regardless (no 2nd box yet but I don’t want it). They did not cancel as requested and are refusing to refund me. Email correspondence is awful and no one responds on Facebook or Twitter. Absolute scam of a company.

Edit in response to below reply: my complaint about contents was completely ignored and the same email was sent over and over again about the 20th cut off, not taking into account the fact that I had made a complaint about their false advertising and was unhappy. The response below is also ignoring the fact that I have not been responded to across multiple social media channels as their email replies were useless. They don’t care if you’re unhappy and that they have falsely advertised. They just want your money.

Recently the box has not been up the the standard I have grown to expect. I also miss the pamphlet inside, explaining everything I don’t like to have to scan a code and look it up. Please bring them back!

All the boxes are worth the money but there not all wow , I’ve purchased the 12 month option and I would say 6 out of 12 are quite good the rest are meh with bath salts and body wash not too exciting , lavender scented box was awful not being a fan of lavender, they are very hit and miss

I've had 6 boxes so far, and I purchased a few of their surprise ones. Always great products, lots of new brands to try and incredible bargains as well! Really love Roccabox! 💖 Also, impeccable customer service!

Amazing beauty box, one of the best of the market

Roccabox is one of my monthly boxes im blessed to beable to have... Most of the time you get great products... But like every beauty Box there will always be products you do not like... If I'm going to be really honest I prefer the 10 pound boxes... They seemed a lot more bright and cheerful and great value.... I do wish there was more body care.. eye syrums...shampoos ..pillow sprays ect... I totally understand we do get that in limited editions... But some of us can only afford on monthly boxes sometimes... Makeup is not my thing.... mascara and a blusher..is fine...but eye gels brow pens yes... All in all I do like roccabox and been with them for many years... And to be completely honest it Is actually one of the best at the moment set the moment for quality quantity... Thank you roccabox... For every month bringing a smile to a girl's face

I’ve recently cancelled my subscription as the range of products is not as good as when I first subscribed and lots of them I don’t use. The vitamins are useless to me as I can’t take them. Seems to be a lot of sachet type products too and I don’t think you can count them as a product they’re samples. They’ve also stopped sending the card so you can’t read about the products anymore unless you scan a QR code and look on the intranet. I’m not that person who wants to be doing that. I want the card that shows me the products. For me it used to be really good and one of the best boxes I had, but I just don’t feel the mix of products is for me any more. The service from Roccabox is fantastic though. It’s personal choice for me to cancel and I have had some fantastic boxes over the past year. I may even resubscribe in a few months. If they stop with the sample sachets and vitamins.
