The staff were so friendly

The staff were so friendly. First time buying foundation and blusher, they matched my facial tones perfectly. Thank you. This will not be my last experience with you. Xx

I usually go to Brighton shop ,and I love your products ,but apologies in advance for this customer service is poor .
There are girls that rather they jump on you 2 seconds that you enter in the shop not even letting you the time to have a look,or you see them in corners laughing, gigling ,hearing their nights out with friends and some of them when you go to pay they look at you so poorly, not even asking you about membership or just being in robotic way putting you some questions ,in a better understanding you disturb and you need to go,in December last year I had a very bad experience in the store as well
Girls they were pushing between them and I was pushed while I was looking at your products
I'm not here to say they are good or bad but working in customer service for over 20 years I think customer service can be improved,and I think there's need more aknowledgeable and empathic people in your store!!
