I love this
I purchased the 3 months subscription box to see what I thought. And I honestly am happy I did. I really like how fast they are with dispatch, beautifully packaged and I get to try new items I would never have thought of.

I always look forward to my Roccabox each month. Products are well chosen and of good quality. On the odd occasion when I don't need a sample, I share with my friends. It's a lovely way to try products I would not have known about.

I subscribed you Roccabox for a year…
I subscribed you Roccabox for a year long subscription unfortunately.
Of all of the boxes i have received so far, which has been 9 only 1 has been nice.
The rest seem as though any old thing has gone into the box, I cannot wait for my subscription to be over!!!!

There are great things to try and even…
There are great things to try and even if you like only one product out of 5 it's still worth it . The others you can just pack as gifts for stocking fillers or advent calendar . I really loved my April box , all of it.

Terrible delivery service
Was left behind bins in the middle of Camden. No one even tried to ring the bell. Found the box torn apart and wet behind the bins days later. Wanted to upload a picture here but not sure where.

From what you’ve described, this appears to be an issue with the delivery carried out by Royal Mail rather than how the order was dispatched from us. That said, we completely appreciate that from your point of view, the experience hasn’t been acceptable.
