I’ve been getting a monthly subscription for near enough a year now and I’ve loved every box! Getting to try new brands and expensive products I wouldn’t usually buy in store has been great! I look forward to receiving my pink box every month :)

I have been getting the monthly beauty boxes for over a year now. I find them to be excellent value and always a good mix of full sized products and some travel sized ones. It is a fantastic way to discover and try out new products without spending too much money.

I feel that for the cost of the box, it is still one of the best value monthly boxes out there. Let's face it, you can't buy much for £15 these days so to get a box with a mix of 5 products in it is a great deal. If there is the odd thing you don't like or won't use, pass it on to a friend!

***Update: Seems the issue has been resolved and was just a glitch. Ben quickly contacted me after this review was left and has assured me my mystery box should arrive soon. 4 stars for resolving the issue for me. Thank you Ben!

I placed an order on the 9th Oct. I did get the actual box which I liked but I haven't had the free mystery box as promised. I can see it's still waiting to be dispatched I sent an email on the 16th Oct and nobody has gotten back to me.
Had I just ordered the box alone I would have given them 5 stars. However I feel like I have been lied to and customer service is slow so it's just two stars from me.

Dear Roccabox,

I received my box today and i am beyond disappointed. I got as a gift for myself for my bday and was expecting i hit the jackpot with products worth 200-250£.
I said let me give it a go!
Please stop advertising that the box is worth that much money when what you sent me are miniatures and samples! The lip blush is 2 grams and the rest of the products are 10,20 grams. The only worth anything is the Exfoliating cream which has 50 ml and the nail polish.
The products you sent are like the testers they gave you when you purchase a big sum in an expensive shop.
I am very disappointed with the whole purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here.

Excellent products in every box. Nothing not to love.

After receiving my first box I cancelled almost immediately. I received their "heroes" box and the Murad cream had an expiration date of November 2024. Looking through their previous boxes, I suspect they have filled this with old stock they needed to get rid of. Not impressed, will stick to Glossybox and OK! Beauty boxes.

Edit to reply: I got the box as part a monthly subscription and nowhere did it state I was going to be receiving products that were near their expiration.

My first order ,so so disappointed, the scrub smells awful and way too harsh, a little bit went in my eye and caused irritation, the hydrating moisturiser was so drying, left my skin so dry I actually threw it away after one use , the other products were ok but nothing exciting, I cancelled my subscription

I absolutely love receiving my Roccabox every month, as it brings me so much joy! I'm always thrilled to discover and try a variety of products that I would never have purchased on my own. Thank you, Roccabox! Plus, this box is dispatched on the first day of the month and arrives incredibly quickly, which is amazing!

OMG I just received my Roccabox Parcel totally awesome. I bought 7 boxes 3 mystery boxes and 4 limited editions. All them are excellent value for money and different. I used to have the yearly subscription but cancelled due to money being tight however think I will start it up again. Roccabox give you great value for money and a treat everymonth. I had to speak to Ben in customer services as I had an issue with a code and he sorted it out within minutes. He also kept me informed of how my order was going and tracked it for me. I really like this company I have been ordering from them for the past 3 years and never been dissappointed. Thank you to Ben as well really appreciate your help you have kept me as a customer and happy one.

I received excellent customer service from Ben. I needed to cancel a subscription and he dealt with it in a speedy and efficient manner.

Paid £30 for 5 products allegedly worth £248 that turned out to be very underwhelming miniatures - I have no idea how they worked cost out.
Had to pay postage to return and asked for tracking number, then told tracking number wasn’t enough and needed photo of tracking details.
Refund issued but not original postage.
All in all paid £8 to discover that 5 miniature products were not worth the £248 stated.

Notes
1) the deal was part of Vodafone Friday deals which have previously always been amazing.
2) when went on Roccabox website I have seen you can get similar monthly 5 product book for £15.
Can’t imagine Roccabox keeps any Vodafone customers - Roccabox were clearly taking advantage of Vodafone’s record of delivering amazing Friday deals…

Tried to cancel my subscription- they ignored multiple emails and have continued to take my money

I am a product junkie and I subscribe and buy many beauty boxes. I purchased a Roccabox. What can I say every product was of a high value for a bargain price. Proper quality. I had a query and Ben at customer service dealt with it promptly and I was over the moon with his response. I had never heard of Roccabox but will definitely be purchasing more of its boxes. 10/10.
