Terrible customer service - order refunded after 3+ weeks instead of delivered?
Terrible customer service. Still not delivered my order from 10th October. Have not given any updates or responded to email requests in the past week and now they send me 8 how did we do emails- really ?? You would be better spending your time fulfilling orders or replying to customers instead of chasing feedback for undelivered orders. Had problems with you previously taking incorrect payments which you resolved and then repeated, gave you the benefit of the doubt and now this.
Finally received a reply just now and you have refunded the order instead of delivering it. What a waste of time.
Not very professional and would not recommend, definitely will not use them again. Stick with Look Fantastic, OK and Glossybox.

Issue with cancelling subscription but overall good products
1/5/25 - Was on a rolling subscription for the mystery box, great products and liked the subscription but wasn’t using the products enough, took a lot of time and effort to cancel the subscription but the issue has now been resolved.

I get to try new products each month. I used to spend so much money each month on skincare but now most of the time the type of products I need for my skin, come at the beginning of the month.

Awful suprise box.…
Bought a suprise box which was supposed to have £100+ products but I would say the contents is worth £30 and I wouldn't even pay that for I received.
I emailed Rocca to see if a mistake had been made but not yet been resolved.

All products I received scores poor on Yuka and customer services were unbelievably rude and patronising
Each of the products they sent had harmful ingredients in them according to the Yuka app, and when I wrote into the customer service I had one of the most unhinged exchanges of my life with their customer service assistant. They were incredibly rude, I found it extremely distressing, and deeply patronising. I would never use this company again. Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever come across - genuinely left the experience feeling deeply shocked, they are arrogant and nasty. The Yuka app only flags harmful ingredients- loads of products rate highly, it doesn’t have to be all natural, Garnier and Bourjois both have numerous products that score as excellent.

The App you are using is YUKA and is a third party app this sees most, non natural products, as harmful.
For example we did a check on products found in most homes, to check the ratings and to see how the App performed.
The results were
E45 Dermotogical cream prescribed by doctors scores 37/100 rated as poor. Johnsons Baby Lotion 47/100 rated as poor. Vaseline Aloe Smooth 0/100 poor. Imperial Leather Foam burst 27/100 Bad. Oral B Toothpaste 45/100 Poor. Toni and Guy extreme hair 0/100 Bad.
Basically it is pretty much a broad sweep of those products found in every household, all of the above are household names, all of which comply with BS and EN standards.
We have offered that you put your findings to our suppliers, but have failed to take us up on the offer. We would gladly do this. You want to return the product, which we have accepted, even though you are out of the returns period.
We have at all times been polite and respectful, never rude, we always treat our customers with respect, it is the core of our ethos. All customers will be pleased to know, we do only use products, that comply with BS and EN standards.
These standards are some of the toughest in the world, enforced legally and do not promote products that are harmful.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
I contacted Roccabox as during Black Friday sales, my order got jammed at the payment stage and I was unsure if it had gone through.
I have only just put the order in yesterday, so obviously I haven't received it yet. However, I'd like to put in a review that the customer service was exemplary. I've not had such excellent communication and efficiency from any other organisation in recent years. Jeremy immediately emailsd me to let me know he had forwarded my query on to another staff member for resolution (which was great as how often are customers just left hanging in that situation? And during a busy time too.) I was then contacted by Kyra, who resolved the problem and made it really easy for me to find my order and basket again. I think behind the scenes they must be incredibly well organised and switched on, and customers are really important to them. I'm really impressed and would really recommend using the company, as it's clear they take care and are conscientious of the business and customers.

I would just like to say thanks to Roccabox customer service team. I had a slight issue with mystery boxes I ordered. I contacted them and I couldn’t fault their team that went out of their way to solve my problem. I will definitely shop with them again.

Roccabox old products …
For the first time I purchase a limited edition box with so called high end products at a greatly reduced price the box arrived quickly but the products have a very pungent old smell like really old perfume and I cannot use them I emailed roccabox and they replied that they sold a massive amount of these boxes with not one single complaint which is a pretty useless response to be honest even though it was discounted it still cost me 50pounds total waste of money they are going in the bin I will never order anything again from roccabox

Well we are a bit shocked as you contacted us yesterday, but told us that the product was a competitors box!. We sought clarification as we could see you had bought one of our boxes recently and at 3.30 yesterday you confirmed it was one of our boxes. Our comment in that "we have sold alot of these boxes with no complaint" is true. We are sorry you arent happy with the product, we try so hard to give 100% customer satisfaction and have sent the returns procedure this morning. Its just a shame that you hadn't given us the opportunity before posting as we do try so hard and take all customer feedback. Looking forward to receiving the box back and will of course refund in full.

Hi Teresa, After discussion it appears you were ticking the button "No Sun Tan Products" which is different of course to the subscriptions cancellation button. But we got there.
We have gone ahead and cancelled your ongoing subscriptions manually for you. Hopefully this is Ok and we are so pleased that you have had some amazing boxes, whenever you want to come back we are here and ready.
The £409 box actually costs £89.38!
I'd been looking forward to this year's Limited Edition Boxes, so I was among the first to submit my order.
I received the Avant Box, which stated the value of the six products amounted to £409, so for once, I thought I'd double-check.
Imagine my surprise when I managed to source all six items for, wait for it, £89.38. Granted, I only paid £45.00, but the goods certainly do not amount to the stated £409.
Naughty Roccabox.
You've just lost me as a regular customer.

So sorry to read your review, but in this you have to take the Manufacturers recommended retail price and for the Avant range you can go to https://avant-skincare.com/. We have no control if other suppliers discount individual items and we offer the box as a one off solution. Therefore and as advertised by us and Avant the RRP price is £409, but discounted to £45.00, which as you say is half that you could buy anywhere else and that is by doing individual purchases, with alot of research and no doubt also incur extra carriage charges as one off items.
Avants RRP is as follows:
Hylauronic Acid Vivifying Cream - £97
Pink Orchard Subtle Restoring overnight - £89
Blue Volcanic Stone Purifying -£57
Glycolic Acid Vivifying - £54
Caress Fragrance - £20
