I placed my order 5/15 got a confirmation of the order but never heard back from them even though I sent several emails and I went on their instagram page with my complaint about the lack of communication and today after about two months I received my order in the mail all this company has to is communicate with its customers and be transparent about their orders.

I live 10 miles away within the same city. Shipping shouldn't take 4 days. At most I should have gotten my items in 2 business days. I've received letters faster. These people are scammers. Definitely pulling up to their location this week. I've already filled with the BBB in South Florida. I'm calling my bank tomorrow. And im recorfing the interaction. Absolutely disgusting.

Been waiting over a month for any kind of racking info or shipping confirmation. I’ve left several emails and called and nothing…..this place is either a joke or a scam.

If I could write a review without any stars I would do so. I placed an order on September 30, 2023. I received the tracking number on October 14,2023 but never got the order and even right now the tracking number still shows it arrive at the post office in Hollywood, Florida. I live in Georgia, 2 hours away from Atlanta. I called and spoke with someone who was supposed to call me back but didn’t, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no response.

Keep your money.

I place my order the beginning of March 2024 and have sent plenty emails and even called the spa. With no response or even I’ll try to see what’s the hold up. At this point I have given up on receiving my order but something told me to sent a message today. So I did and thats when they sent me an email stating my order had shipped. Here it is June 18 2024 with no apology or even a discount for the inconvenience. Like I don’t even want the order I want my damn money back.

Unless you want to wait months for a product from a seller that takes your money immediately, do not purchase. I ordered a product at the end of April. It is now mid June and still nothing. I've reached out via email and through their IG profile, but received no response. Their marketing strategies are great, however they truly miss the mark when it comes to anything else as far as business operations. I wish I searched for reviews prior to ordering. $30+ down the drain. Don't do it....don't put money in their pockets.

I had the same problem. I ordered on Feb 29 and contacted the seller 3 times with no reply. I contacted my bank about my refund and out of the blue, I received a tracking number for my product in April.

Don’t do it! They’ll take your money, no process the product and not communicate when you try to contact them either.

They just take the money. I wish I had been smart enough to read reviews first.

I regret not searching for reviews before ordering! I also been waiting for my order sinds the 3th of jan.

After a while and no email or anything about my order i emailed them. This was after 4 weeks. Got a email back from costumer service after that i also received my tracking info. Sinds 13th of february i still have not got my order.

Tried to contact them trough email and social media but no response..

Bad costumer service for sure!!

I placed my order on February 27, 2024 and as I write on March 27, 2024, there has been no confirmation of the shipment of my products. As I read these other reviews, I deeply regret placing my order. I have sent an email to cancel my order and to request a refund.
If I do not get a response promptly, I will be lodging a complaint with Broward County and I suggest that others do the same and write a Google review to save others from this debacle.
I cannot articulate the disappointment I feel right now.

This company makes great products but the lack of customer service is not ok. They never reply to your messages. A label is created but it takes months to get your products. I don't know what's hard about them updating their policy online and being transparent with their customers. Honesty goes a long way.

The comments are not lying. I ordered on 1/31/24. Shipping label created 2/14. Still nothing. Sent multiple emails, left ig comments, sent dms. Smh it’s awful and this company should be stopped.

Never got product. Ordered November 2023 and it's now March 9th 2024. I've emailed them 3times. They emailed me back all 3 times saying a response could take anywhere between 48-472 hours. Smh lol can't make this mess up!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company is awful. Do not buy from them. I ordered Feb 2 and still have not received my order. I have called, emailed, sent messages on ig since they are always posting and nothing. They have created a label after my third email but still have not shipped. Do not order anything from them.

Don't order from them, more than 2 months waiting, I tried to track and always say the same, I send emails and they don't respond, they are a scam

I purchased from this company on November 23, 2023 and it’s now January 11th, 2024 and I have yet to receive my order. I tried contacting via email and Instagram. And get this, instead of responding to my instagram comments, they hid and restricted me from commenting. So I see my comments, but others can’t. Very unprofessional. They have yet to email me back despite emailing them over two weeks ago.

I tried tracking my package and it says the same thing it’s said for over a month “pending”. I’m not sure if they send everyone the same USPS link and are running some type of scam but either way, you shouldn’t order from them online.

Very unfortunate that these reviews are accurate and I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing.

So I order my order October 27th and it came December 23rd. Although I know it takes time to make products and fill orders but this company is horrible communication and customer service skills. I almost had to file a lawsuit because I seen reviews saying they weren’t receiving their orders. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON THE COMPANY AND THE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU ORDER. The product is very good and shows great results, it just unfortunate the way this company is ran. I had to email a couple times to make sure my order was coming and they tell you 21-30 days although the website says 6-8 days and it actually takes 6-8 weeks. I love the product the company needs to do better!!! And stop deleting instagram comments with customers speaking the truth on y’all!

This is by far the worst company and customer service. I purchased an order, received partial of my order. Ive called and emailed several times and got nowhere. So im out of my money and product. Such a scam company.

Worst company ever myself and my husband try to support small black owned business and try to do our research. Then I decided to search Rich & Clear Reviews an see that I'm dealing with the same issue an was told the samething when I emailed customer services. Its companies like this make it hard for the ones that do right by the buyers,

I placed my order with Rich and Clear on 6/23/2023 and today is 10/3/2023 and I NEVER received my products and they DONT OFFER REFUNDS! I’ll take the product but where is it. This is BY FAR the WORST black owned skin care line ever created. Lori with customer service is RUDE and not helpful. Do NOT I repeat, DO NOT order from this company!
