I wish I would have seen these reviews before I got scammed. Have emailed and called the company four times and receive copy and paste emails from “Lori” their FAKE customer service rep. Can’t get my money back either since I ordered it from Zip. Don’t order from these scammers.

This company is a scam. Ordered a product in September 2022 and as of today I don’t have the product or a refund despite contacting support. Lori says she’ll look into it but then you have to follow up just to get the run around.

Wish I could give no stars!! Same experience as everyone else, complete scam!! It’s been over a month and still nothing. They put in a shipping label to act as if they’re shipping and it’s never dropped off at the post office. I see this is just how they do business

I am so sad that I cannot give this company more stars- it looks like they have great products but when you order from them, you may never get your product. I ordered in November, and got an update that a shipping label was "prepared" but has never been dropped off to USPS. That is what they do according to others, is make the shipping label, so that it says "shipped" and because their return policy says no returns after "shipping", it is difficult to get your money back even though they have not shipped anything. It sucks- no one should play with the money of others in this way- I was excited to use this product, but I will leave a review of my experience whereever I can for the rest of my days! They are running Instagram ads, groupons, and where ever else they can, so who honestly knows how much money they are taking from people. Shame on you!!!!

Wow reading other people’s reviews i dont feel so bad now knowing I’m not the only one who got scammed out of my money.
I ordered three items including a serum which i did not receive. It was actually crossed out on the packaging slip. So i sent an email provided on their Instagram and website. Lori responds to the emails but situation never gets resolved. She says the same thing every time and they won’t refund you the money. This order was placed in September . I still have not received the product or a refund. Customer service is horrible. Tried to support one of my own and very disappointed therefore i have switched to a more reputable business that responds to my needs.

Waited 37 days for my product and both the company and I are located in Miami. I received a half bar of soap as part of my bundle kit.

I got scammed. The reviews are real. I’ve emailed them countless times about my package, because I never got an update on my order. All it says is that’s it’s been placed, and it’s been over a month now. Lori who answers emails always tell you she’ll get back to you and don’t, and those are just automated emails. Their customer service is horrible. I just decided to take a loss, and find another company. Unfortunately it’s impossible to leave 0 stars on here. But they don’t even deserve a single star.

After reading the other reviews I can see that we all have been SCAMMED!!! Shipping label created but no product ever taken to the post office. Emailed and I’m assuming this fake person Lori that is responding to everyone email is sitting back laughing at all of us for ordering this bull****. Been going back and forth with them for months and nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY💯

I placed an order on 5/8/2022 (skin gummies, anti-acne serum, and an extraction kit). On 5/21/2022 I received an email stating that my package was on the way. When I tracked the status 2 days later, the USPS notification said the label was created, but the post office was still awaiting the package. There was a REALLY good sale and I placed ANOTHER order. Silly me.. Why did I do that? On 6/1, I sent an email inquiring about the first order because the status still said that the post office had not received the package. It did not make sense why it was taking so long for the package to make it to the post office. I ordered maybe 3x last year and I did not experience any shipping or delivery delays. Lori Cohen responded to my email the very next day stating, "I will look into this and get back to you." By 6/5, I sent another email because she did not update me on my order. I am a business owner as well. I have never made my customers wait over a month to receive an order. I'm certain they would demand a refund if I did something like that. I asked if a new order could be shipped since the company is strict about no refunds policy. On 6/22, I received an email stating that my order was on the way. I assumed it was my first order. It was not. It was actually the 2nd order, but only the label was created. Again, I had to deal with stalking the USPS app to find out when the package would arrive at the Florida post office. So at one time, both orders were floating around somewhere and still no response from customer service. On 6/28, I sent an email informing customer service that I received order #1, but the extraction kit was missing. I asked for a refund for that item because no one contacted me to let me know that the item was out of stock or simply replaced the item with something else. On 6/30, Lori asked me send a picture of the packing slip and the initials of the person who packed it. By the end of that day, I tracking update was sent to me with a new tracking number for the kit. AGAIN, it was the label update and not actual movement of the package through USPS system. Fortunately, I was not charged for shipping. 7/14, I get another email with the same message about the post office awaiting the package. On 7/18, the second package arrived. This second order was missing the tree tea oil. What a surprise? This time the company sent gel eye patches. I don't even know what those things are. Never used them before. The packing slip had a scribbled message and initials. I did not bother contacting Lori again because dealing with this company is such a headache. As of today, 7/21, I still have not received the extraction kit. I also noticed that customers post comments about not getting their orders on the company's IG page. Whoever runs their page deletes the comments. If you click on hidden comments, you can see that people are commenting to inquire about missing orders because customer service does not do a good job at responding to emails.

I originally was very excited for these products. However, I recently found out that I have an allergy to two of the ingredients used in several of their products - I found this out right before I requested to cancel the shipment. I ordered my products on 6/24 and emailed support on 7/6 requesting to cancel because of this allergy. I was responded to by Lori Cohen, in bold letters that they do not issue refunds. I explained that I was requesting a cancellation because of an allergy & to avoid a waste of their products and my money... but that since the items did not ship, I would contact my bank. Lori claimed she would "look into it". Rich and Clear's shipping policy states that it takes 10-12 business days to receive your package AFTER TRACKING IS CREATED. They created a label on 7/8 (after my correspondence) and I received the products *miraculously* on 7/11. They rushed the order so I could not dispute the charges. THIS IS SUCH TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, AND I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED THAT I NOW HAVE SEVERAL PRODUCTS THAT I CANNOT USE OF THEIRS, AND HAVE LOST $125 DOLLARS AS WELL.
The customer service is terrible at this company, and based on that alone, I will never recommend their products.

Scam…. They never shipped my products and they cancelled my order and kept my money. They are disgusting!!!! Don’t waste your money. I wished I did my research before I ordered from them. They will reap what they sow… you can’t treat people like that and get away with it for long. I’m praying that their business will fail.

This place is a joke! It doesn’t even deserve a single star! I went in for a Mega lash extension, Monique the lash tech, placed not even 10 pcs of lash extension on each of my eyes, i laid there for 4 hrs for some pieces of lashes, are you kidding me??? If I could only post some pictures here I would really love to, this place is a mess. So I told the girl what is she going to do about it because I’m totally not happy of what she did to my eyelashes, she said she was going to call her manager and for them to talk to me and maybe, they will let me come back to get my lashes fixed, it was 530pm on a Saturday, and she said that the spa is already closed so I had to come back on freaking Tuesday. So I waited, and I called the spa on Tuesday, I asked for the manager, they took my number and the manager called me after a few hours, she said I am welcome to come back to the spa whenever I want to to get my lashes fixed so I went there at 3 o’clock on Tuesday, so Monique again did my lashes, for two hours and guess what she didn’t do the inner sides and the outer sides a lot of my real lashes are coming out on the sides and some of my lashes got stuck on the eye pads, and she just pulled it out like it was nothing, it hurt like hell and I told her it did hurt and she just said I’m sorry like WTH!!! She doesn’t have any professionalism at all, she kept on Going out of the room multiple times for random reasons, that she’s thirsty, that she needs to check on something, like why don’t you bring your water with you so you can drink anytime you want. And Even with their so called “lash fix” my lashes wouldn’t even pass for a classic, So to all of you are planning to go there, forget about it go someplace else because you’re just wasting your time and your precious money in this horrible place. I will be posting this review on yelp and Google together with some pictures so everyone of you can see what the hell they did to my lashes.

There customer service is very poor. I’ve called several times , and even left several emails and still no one got back to me . It’s a shame because they product do work but due to poor customer service I will find another company that I will be able to trust .

I ordered my bundle kit months ago and still nothing I have called, emailed, texted still hasn’t came it’s been months now wouldn’t recommend!!!

I ordered ln December 23rd 2021. I still have not received my order. All of my emails have been unanswered. Sad because there products actually work.

If only u could give this no stars to demonstrate the frustration felt dealing with this company.
I have had nothing but issues with this org.
I originally placed my order back in June 2021 and they failed to dispatch my order.
They then said they tried to issue a refund, but it could not be processed and issued a credit note instead.
In order for me not to loose the money I spent, I placed a new order in October 2021 and here we are, the end of February 2022 and still nothing.
They provided a dispatch email and tracking number and nothing shows under this tracking number.
Diabolical services and I regret ever purchasing anything from this company.

Shipping and Customer Service Poor
Order some products on January 7, 2022 and its 3 weeks later haven't received any products. Please not purchase any goods from this company they lack customer service ethics.

Scam scam scam. I placed an order back in sept and never received my order. I’ve been reaching out to them in which they don’t give any refunds. So basically they took my money. Now they’re blaming the delay on omicron SMH. 1 star was given because i had to in order to leave a review.

I was mislead by the testimonials on Instagram and failed to look at google reviews or bbb reviews which I usually do their products do not work at all I used it consistently to the last drop the black so minimized breakouts but you can get raw black soap from anywhere do your research and save your money this is not it it’s giving scam

I made a order December 7th and i have reached out to them in every way possible but there is no response. I guess its a scam and i am shocked to see the amount of people having the same issue. There has been zero updates on my order, terrible customer service.
