Product doesn't work & they don't honor their 60 day money back policy

Useless products. Complete waste of money. Their products don't do anything at all, even with extended use. Refund policy also dishonest. Zero customer service response when I attempted to claim the dissatisfaction refund through their guarantee policy. I'd go so far as to call this company nothing but a scam.

Using it since Jan ‘23 for UA to no results to this day

Doesn't work. Waste of money. I had joint inflammation and nerve problem soon after using these products. I can't tell for sure if they caused it but it's a definite possibity. I'm still dealing with these issues after many months of stopping use. There's no way to leave a review in their website after you order from them from what I can see so I don't know where they are getting their reviews from. Be very careful about what you put down there. Obviously it can get into your bloodstream and cause problems.

Products don't work on my skin.I asked for a refund & returned 2x bottles unopen as i ordered 3pcs.I did what they ask for a refund.it's been a long months now & no refund to be found and they keep my return 2x bottles that i have already paid for? I been scammed i guess.

Useless and waste money product. not any changes at all after all positive review in their website i bought 3 bottles but not working at all but after my own experience I think their Amaira review are most likely fake. also you just can write positive review not negative, they removed all negative reviews

What a waste of money. The Amazon reviews and website reviews are such a scam. Product doesn’t work and smells awful.

Useless and ineffective product. Can't even use it as a moisturer. I had high hopes with all the positive review in their website but after my own experience and reading trust pilot reviews, I think their Amaira review are most likely fake.

They say 60 days money back but you need to pay for the shipping cost but I live outside of US.

Don't waste your money.

Didn’t work. I spent around $150 on three bottles and used the stuff religiously for two months. I started using it mid July and have just run out of the last bottle now in mid September. They say you start seeing results after just a few weeks but it’s been two months and I haven’t seen a single improvement on my skin. I applied it in the morning and night, and I exfoliated the areas first as well and still nothing. No change whatsoever. I had such high hopes too, there are so many positive reviews and so many before and after photos…. I don’t have money to waste, my self esteem is in the gutter and I’m struggling mentally because of my bad hyper pigmentation and I put what little money I had into this thinking it would work but it didn’t. I’m so upset. I’m not gonna get my money back either, all three bottles are used up. Complete waste.

I was so hopeful Amaira’s products were going to work re: both my scaring and pigmentation after reading many of their supposed customer’s reviews that I continued to buy their products regardless of seeing absolutely NO change or improvement in my skin. Even after using their creams night and day as they suggested over my 5 months of using them - there was zilch change in my skin’s appearance.
I very foolishly bought over 12 bottles - just hoping the products would eventually be effective.
Not only did their products have absolutely NO effect on my skin regarding either scars or lightening my pigmentation - the creams constantly flake - and I often looked like I had extremely bad dandruff as they shed all over my shoulders shortly after applying them.
I read many of Amaira’s customer’s reviews that absolutely raved about Amaira’s products - and I so wanted to believe the aforementioned - but I now feel very strongly that these reviews are not authentic.
I am an absolute fool for having bought so many bottles of their products as I recognise now that Amaira produces fraudulent products that are not only completely ineffective - but are absolutely useless even as a moisturiser due to the aforementioned flaking.
Do NOT buy these products - they have absolutely NO effect on your skin scaring or pigmentation - and after buying so many bottles hoping for the best - I realise every bottle I bought was a COMPLETE waste of my money.

Ordered 3 bottles of product with express shipping.

Website had a promotion of Buy 2 and get 1 free, total should have come to $151.99AUD, with the express shipping.

I would have paid almost $300AUD had I not found a Welcome coupon for 15-20% off your first purchase.. I paid $198AUD in the end.

The product did arrive quickly, however it was only one bottle of product and customer service, once finally they got back to me had a fantastic idea for resolution... 'There must've been a mistake in our warehouse. We'll be glad to send the rest of your orders.'

Now, I am sorry but in what universe is this the expected level of customer service? To offer me the rest of what I paid for as if they're doing me a favour?

I've never dealt with a company that is so incredibly useless when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Possible solutions could have included: Partial Refund (or at the very least, refunding of express shipping), offering sample/free product as a way to reduce customer distrust/dissatisfaction.

Not just offering to fulfil the legal requirement and passing the blame, because all that does is lead to people boycotting your company. Would have happily recommended this company based off of my personal results already, but based off of their customer service, they will be getting avoided by me and everyone I can persuade to shop elsewhere.

Ordered $114 worth of products which were never received. Tried multiple times over a month to contact team which they initially replied to suggesting product was delivered, however ultimately acknowledged this was false. Subsequently kept my money and 2 months since order placed I haven’t received it, a refund, or any correspondence advising me of what they intend to do. Incredibly poor customer service. Warning for ppl wanting to spend their hard earned dollars that you may end up being robbed instead.

Bought this product after reading the amazing reviews. After trying everything else to lighten my areas of concern.
Sadly after 4.5 months, there has been no change using this day and night.
Bought 3 bottles and saw no result.

I ordered a product more than 4 months ago, it took well over a month to arrive the first time, and was not delivered to the correct mailbox. I requested for it to be sent again, waited another month for it to be returned, and the same happened. I gave up and agreed to a return to sender, and for my refund to be processed. They said it would be 3 - 5 days. I checked several weeks later and the money had still not arrived. On the 21st of December I emailed asking where my refund was and was told again, that it would be 3-5 days. I STILL do not have this money, and I continue to get automated replies from the company although have still seen no sign of the money. It is almost 100 USD (including expedited shipping - laughable) I have contacted them on email, social media, tried even by telephone (from Spain!) and so far they have only succeeded in marking my Trustpilot review as spam. I will keep coming back until I get my money back. Absolutely shameful. If I could give zero stars, I would.
