je suis venue utiliser le sèche linge pour mes 2 oreillers et résultat après 2 cycles d'une heure ils sont toujours trempés.
je suis arrivée tout de suite après la fin de chaque cycle et malgré que j'avais mis température max, ils étaient glacé.
on peut donc se poser la question si leur machine fonctionnent correctement.
je ne reviendrais plus vers cette enseigne

I sit and watch my laundry because I live a couple of miles from the machines. I sit and read a book. I have never seen any suds so unsure if it really puts detergent in the drum. I believe it doesn’t add much water as well. I only use it for washing my pets blankets. I would NEVER use it to wash my clothes!!

Plus de 4 mois pour essayer de se faire rembourser d'un lavage sans eau et sans lessive... Des dizaines d'échange de mail où on vous demande toujours la même chose: problème rencontré, RIB, Iban et numéro de machine.
C'est une honte et clairement du vol.

Laundry payment machine took payment twice. Contacted Customer Services and Lucy replied within 10 minutes. After further info requested she confirmed second payment has been cancelled. Excellent service. The laundry machines are godsend in our village as 5 miles from nearest launderette

I'll start off by recognising the quality of services like these can vary considerably by area, the people who (mis)use them, and the frequency/quality of maintenance, but in my case I've found the machines to have looked and smelled clean on the multiple occasions I've used them.

The ease of access and 24/7 nature of the machines made it the appealing option to me vs more traditional options. I'd argue the cost is on the high side (particularly the large machine) and fabric softener being a paid extra on top of this, but I'm aware you're paying a convenience premium here. Luckily I'll have my washing machine back soon.

My biggest criticism would be a lack of 'quality of life' features that could really elevate the experience, and make the price feel more justified. The app could serve a greater purpose than being a glorified data collection tool, and instead actually provide discounts to frequent users and implement a live monitor for in-use machines.

The parent company is well established, FTSE 250 constituent and I feel the current user experience doesn't quite portray that image. Invest in your product and service, we will notice!

No point using. Completely failed to dry my clothes. 45 mins and £10.75 wasted. Now trying to get a refund. Not the first time this has been my experience with various machines around the city

Don’t use! No water came in machine so clothes didn’t wash, waste of money. Won’t be using again

Expensive and a rip off. We've just done a wash in the machines in Jempsons in Rye. ( the ones in Peasmarsh have been out of order for weeks.)and it came out soaking wet. I had to wring it out by hand before putting it in the dryer. We tried this one a few weeks ago with two full loads and it cost us £30 here and then another£18 in a lauderette to finish drying it.
There is a customer helpline to ring but they close at 16:30 and 16:00 on a Friday. You can use their online help if you wish. No thank you. If their machines are this poor I can only imagine what their online help is like.
I'm dreading what the clothes will come out of the dryer like.
What a horrible expensive and frustrating service this is.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE MACHINES.
Just taken the washing out of the drier and it's still wet!!! This was a small load of tee shirts and underwear! £12 for this.
It's an absolute disgrace, nothing more than a scam. We've now got wet washing to deal with in a motorhome.

Visited two. One in Newcastle and one in Gateshead. Neither of them were working. Waste of time and petrol money

Massively overpriced. Between £9 and £12.50 to wash and dry a small load. By comparison a local launderette will cost £6-7. You can only buy drying time in 15 minute blocks and 15 is never quite enough so you are forced to pay another £3.50 for anther 15 minutes which you won't use. The machines are frequently broken and always unattended so nobody is going to help when the machine eats your money or locks your washing in. Detergent supposedly included but it never works and there is no drawer so you can't add your own powder. Only way of getting clean clothes out is to put a capsule in the drum. You can open the dryer door to remove delicates part way through but the drum keeps turning round at full speed - it's really dangerous. I travel all over the country and do all my washing in launderettes and these machines are the absolute last resort. They should be brilliant but ruined by greedy feckless owners. Search 'launderette' on Google maps. There are loads of them across the country and all of them are a better option than this.

Shocking z first one I went to says open 24 hours but the premises they are on closes early as 5pm . Second one I went too power fit out start of wash now I've got no clothes and wasted £11 plusnfiel going there.

Used the machine in Whitley bay, it was available on a Sunday afternoon which was great for me, I was washing a mattress topper, so large machine was perfect. My item is clean and smells great. Very pleased to have found this resource.

Very bad service they says detergent includes but no detergent comes out automatically and cloths not clean after wash . Also someone put carpet on wash in the big machine when its finished he didn’t come to collect so we had to wait 45 more mins for that . After all this is waste of money dont waste your money

Im working at the HPC Nuclear Power Station in the Somerset area and I’m allocated at Brean Sand Campus and I’ve been using Revolution Laundry UK for a while now, but the experience has unfortunately been quite disappointing. While the concept of accessible, self-service laundry stations is fantastic, the frequent breakdowns are a major drawback. It seems like almost every other week, at least one machine or all of them is out of order, which leaves me scrambling to find a working option or, worse, wasting a trip entirely.
When the machines do work, they’re convenient and efficient. However, the poor maintenance and lack of consistent functionality make it hard to rely on the service. Additionally, reaching customer support for quick fixes or information on machine status isn’t easy, which adds to the frustration. It would be incredibly helpful if they invested more in regular maintenance and had a system for real-time updates on machine availability .
Overall, Revolution Laundry UK has potential, but until they address the ongoing reliability issues, it’s hard to recommend it as a dependable choice for laundry needs.

Used a few times due to size of blankets etc.

Machine didn't finish cycle on 1 occasion, issue reported & refund sent instantly.

Won't put me off using again.

I went to use my local machine and it said no cash or credit card payments so I contacted the company to report that it wasn't working and had an almost immediate reply from Lucy at the company telling me an engineer would be out to fix it as soon as possible.

My washing machine broke a few months ago, so I started to use Revolution Laundry , the machines are huge and I get a weeks worth of washing washed and dried in less than 2 hours. This helps so much in the winter months if you don't have a dryer at home plus saves having lots of clothes hanging up in the house. I still haven't got a new washing machine as I prefer using this service.
I had an issue one week with a machine and I contacted customer service online , it was easy to connect with someone and tell them what had happened. Denise was the lady who helped and advised me, I was super stressed as the washing machine had just stopped and the clothes were not done, and Denise waited with me on the chat until I made it to my next location to one of there machines , made sure the next wash was working and refunded me plus enough for another wash as the clothes weight had increased due to the water.
Not had an issue since then and continue to use the machines.
I would recommend using this service, even if you have a washing machine at home , take the load and try the dryer out, fresh hot bedding ,still warm by the time you get it home. Perfect!
