Loaded machine and scanned QR code which took me to a website that did not load. Customer service phone number rang but limited opening hours so no help whatsoever. What a waste of time. Left with my laundry still dirty. I've got better things to do.

Wish I could have given it zero stars. Took my duvet for what I thought would be a "proper" wash.

1/ Looking through the glass door just after machine started and my duvet now appears to be covered in dog hairs!

2/ After 20 minutes and still no sign of any detergent despite instructions not to add my own!

3/ Came back to machine 10 minutes before end time and luckily the one dryer on the site has finished it's cycle so all looking good. Waited 30 minutes for someone to empty their dryer to no avail. Phoned helpline to be told there was nothing to be done. Yes, if the person using the dryer wanted to then they could leave their drying all day before emptying machine. Had to take wet duvet home to squeeze into home dryer.

Won't be using this outfit again.

2 stars for running water through the washing and drying it for £11 wash plus £14.99 drying.
The washing don't smell nice though and still dirty.
I think they must use water at a detergent!

Find a launderette with a washing service. Thought this self service washing facility we would be more convenient which it is but not fit for purpose.

Do not use this laundry service, it is the worst I have ever used and for the price it charges is ridiculous. I payed £11 for the 20kg machine and it didn’t clean anything, all the clothes still dirty and the machine wasn’t even full. If I could give minus reviews I would.

I recently attempted to use the laundry machines provided by Revolution Laundry Services Rhosneigr, but unfortunately, they were not operational. I reached out to the local Facebook page for our campsite, where we frequently stay during our holidays, to see if anyone else had encountered similar issues. Several users responded, confirming they had experienced the same problems.

I made multiple attempts to contact Revolution through email, chat, and phone, but did not receive any response. Despite reaching out during their advertised hours, I found myself without any response at all. This lack of communication is quite concerning, especially since washing can get stuck in the machines, leaving customers unable to retrieve their belongings.

Overall, this experience has been quite disappointing, and I would be hesitant to use Revolution Laundry Services in the future or recommend them to others. Beware if you choose to use their services!

Unfortunately, regardless of the service provider and all good intentions of making life a little easier for those without or temporarily without a washing/drying machine, Revolution machines are not up to standard! More than once now we have been in a situation where we have had to use street machines. A window cleaner had just stuffed a washing machine with dirty cloths; presumably soiled with cleaning chemicals and on another occasion, animal hairs! It seems the machines are a mecca for doing the jobs people will not do at home!
Improve maintenance and regular cleaning of machines.

Awful service. I am without my own laundry machines, and given that launderettes have almost disappeared, this seemed a viable option.
I had washed my clothes and always wary of what was used previously by others.

When I went to use the dryer, it seemed to be that despite the machine turning, no heat was generated. I had put on for a couple of cycles but to no avail. Afterwards, I saw the seal for the dryer hanging on the door of a washing machine.

I collected my stuff into bags and drove to other site in Strood.
The other site, despite being late, had two people before me waiting for the tumble dryer. I placed my stuff in and after 15 minutes a noticeable difference in drying had taken place. I needed the appliance one more time and it was done.

Naively, I believed that reporting this problem to Revolution Wash would both a thank you of informing them about the non working machine and a refund for the money lost/spent at the first site.
The responses were not nice at all.
I described the location as in Strood near the garage (There is a Shell fuel garage there, a repair garage and car wash).
I was told to supply the address so, I used the website of Revolution Wash and copied the post code of their site from that address. The ping pong correspondence then denied there was a machine there or I had given the wrong address. I supplied the address from their website and offered to supply photos taken that night of their machine. All were rejected. I have the geolocation, Google Satellite image and location that clearly matches my description and original photos that were denied.

All in all - no repair, no apology and no refund.
They know full well that people lose money on what is an expensive process. Like many awful businesses, they blame the consumer and deny responsibility.

I did inform the woman (Lucy) in the correspondence that I would warn others.

This could easily have been resolved with a less defensive posture and an acceptance that the customer might actually have a legitimate complaint.

For the money lost - it amounts to the equivalent of a breakfast out. To view customers so poorly and with utter contempt, so that the company can hold onto this money.

People using these services cannot for reason or another, have a washing machine. So, they are least able to throw money away and spend hours standing in car parks next to petrol stations.

Absolutely disgusting, I am a disabled person and I use those machines to clean my bedding and other items every week, yesterday March 13th 2025 I went to do what we, my son and I do load the machine and wait for it to be finished, and when we got back all of my washing was taken, reported to the police, they emailed him back saying they have no cctv cameras and they take no responsibility for customers items, so why aren’t they telling you that the CCTV cam LOGO STICKERS they have on the machines are just to deceive you, to make you think that your belongings are safe, as far as I’m concerned it’s FALSE advertising, the email they sent us said they’re not responsible and that the door is only locked whilst washing (derrhhh) ) obviously! and they completely ignored me when I asked why not give customers a code so that only they can open the door when it’s finished, and if people take the piss then, they should get a txt saying in their time is up and that the doors will unlock itself, that way they wouldn’t lose business and we wouldn’t lose our property, companies often fix things when they’re not broken, but when things are really broken it’s us the public who has to fit the bill. Utter disgrace, immoral and out of order. And why allow reviewers when people’s opinions don’t count for nothing. As long as it’s not happening to you right!!!

This isn't a reliable service went to 3 locations near the sheffield area where machines were out of use I went to Retford road bp petrol pump s13 sheffield my clothes come out stinking of drain and wasn't washed properly these loads was my daughters nursery clothes and fresh bedtime ones extremely annoyed and disappointed can you please give me a full refund or I will raise a dispute with my bank for charging me for something I didn't recieve

Machines très limite au niveau propreté.
Suggestions : nettoyer le sol devant les machines serait de bon aloi....le sol est dégoûtant....pourquoi pas iun caillebotis ?

Used washing machine this morning had to wipe it down first. When I took the washing out it was covered in animal hair, while I was waiting for my washing to finish a man came and filled the empty washer with horse rugs and equipment, I am sure this is not what they are meant for as they are clearly advertised for clothing. I won’t use again

They put laundry soap in and there is no way to turn in off - now I am covered in Hives - Fantastic

Currently none of the washers work...don't know for how long ...please phone to find out and not have a wasted journey...Dryers are working...

Blanket came out with black stains and some look like tar. Phoned during office hours - always on hold. Tried to chat - kept saying they’re closed - it’s 11am on a Monday. Dreadful. They clearly want your money but can’t help when things go wrong.

Update: After getting through to someone I was offered a refund but potential permanent damage to the blanket was not addressed nor the inconvenience of having to re-wash it. I’ll see what happens when I do get the time to re-wash it. I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3 as I believe their intention is good and they’re at least trying to resolve the issue.

I had an issue with one of the washing machines, probably my fault, where i paid and it ended the wash after a minute. I contacted customer service and a young lady called Lucy replied in minutes and told me everything i needed to do too get a refund. I duly obliged and again within minutes my refund was processed. Excellent customer service from Lucy and thank you very much 😊

Terrible. Washer broke half way through cycle, leaving laundry soaking and not rinsed. Put them into the other machine at an additional £11 cost, and even then, they came out soaked. The dryer had a belt or something caught and hanging down in the door. Customer service unavailable despite information on website. I wish I hadn't bothered. One load washed and dried and the other load had to be taken home soaking wet to drip dry. Cost me £23.50 for one load of washing and drying, and one to come out soaking wet. I’ll use a professional collection service next time. It would probably have been cheaper.

Pros: Conveniently located. Customer service was good when I had an issue which was only once of the 4 or so times Ive used the service so far. I've only used the dryer and it's convenient to do so when I have a lot of drying to do (2 or more sets of bedding, towels, several loads of clothes for example)

Cons: Expensive though I accept you pay for convenience. I don't believe it's secure despite reassurances on the website. I've left my drying and gone back for it before the end of the cycle - glad I set myself a reminder because I didn't get the text reminder. However the machines can be opened - by anyone! - once the cycle has complete.

I will contine to use the dryer when I need to but I wouldn't leave my things unattended or rely on the sms reminder.
