Appel au service clientèle car le parking devait fermer suite fermeture du magasin . Service odieux !! M’a même dit que comme j’étais riche (plate-forme téléphonique à l’étranger qui doit penser que le français est riche ?) je pouvais laisser le linge 😡Énorme !
Ne portez surtout pas votre linge à la laverie révolution laundry du magasin Leclerc au Fango à Bastia 😡

I put clothes and machine get locked then contacted customer services and they said engineer will visit in two days

Utilisation des deux machines à Praz sur Arly, pour laver 4 couettes. Résultat : 3 couettes tachées gravement. Malgré des essais de nettoyage sur ces tâches, impossible de les récupérer. Machines à éviter absolument

I've used the machines twice now at the Parkway Shopping Precinct in Coulby Newham near Middlesbrough to wash 2 mattress toppers they came out lovely and clean and fresh smelling it cost £13 each however that included a sanitizer and softner still alot cheaper than taking them to the dry cleaners as that was about £25 I then dried them in my conservatory over a clothes horse

Premier paiement validé et la machine ne part pas. J appelle le service, le monsieur me dit refaite le paiement, le premier n est pas passé. Je refais et toujours rien! Par contre j ai eu 2 prélèvements effectués quand même ! J ai rappelé le service et on m à dit " rappelles dans 10 Jours !". À fuir

These are so handy in the winter when it’s impossible to dry your clothes outside. Now and again yeah they do break, but any time I’ve seen one broken, I report it and it’s fixed within a day. On the only occasion I paid but didn’t realise the screen was broken, I emailed the company and had a refund within a few hours

used machine at weston favell northampton on the 19th at 8.45 am
half way thro cycle machine broke , need to transfer the wet washing to another machine .
call customer service twice to get a link to claim money back but machine code doesn't work . Called the 3rd time and was given an email
In email stating everything still want bank statmemt to prove payment
I felt unsafe to provide all my details .
Advised to go elsewhere

Paid £11.50 for 45 mins drying time. Received only mins 30 mins drying time.

Quand j'ai voulu utiliser le sechage , j'ai validé toutes les opérations il s'est inscrit transaction validé. Le séchoir n'est jamais parti.
J'ai appelé le service consommateurs ( très désagréable ) après plusieurs questions il me dit : ha oui il y un problème ,....bah oui si j'appelle c'est pas pour connaître la météo......il as mis fin à la conversation
Il a fallu repayer pour le fonctionnement.
47% d'avis défavorable , j'ai rarement vu ça .
Enfin dommage que l'on ne peut mettre aucune étoile.
Si vous faites ça ne serai ce que sur 15% de vos clients ,bon bénéfice en plus sur une journée .
Ce n'est que du vol .....

First time we have ever used one of these washing machines at Morrisons, Berwick upon Tweed, simple & easy to use just followed the instructions on the screen. Our duvet came up sparkling white & no nasty stains. It's perfect . Not to expensive.

Machine à laver en panne malgré un règlement CB .
Un homme très désagréable au téléphone SAV qui n'écoute pas les clients, ni les remarques, mais qui possède la vérité universelle qui n'engage lui....qui s'énerve facilement....
Revoir les modalités de recrutement de certaines personnes particulièrement cet homme vraisemblablement névrosé qui n'aime pas son job......
C'est tout le sentiment qu'il laisse à ses interlocuteurs ......

Service clients incompétent

I've used the machines at Holyhead Morrisons three times now. It just about freshens up teeshirts, socks and leggings, but it does not remove stains from pillowcases, sheets or any major stain on anything. This makes me want to cheat and put more powerful washing powder into the machine, but I know this is against the rules and I haven't done so as yet.

I don’t get how it can be called Revolution when it’s really not an updated machinery,
There’s no way to see if the machines are in use or even not working that day, you just have to lug to washing round with you and hope for the best and i guarantee when you get there someone’s just minding there own damn business folding the clothes in the front of the machine likes there’s not a que of people waiting to use. You ask it to send you an email of receipt and 5 minutes before it’s done, you hardly ever receive that. Why they have 2 washing machines and only 1 tumbler dryer is beyond me because they checked the revenue I bet the dryer takes more because I’m always standing in a bloody que waiting for it!!

So unless you’ve got spare 3 hours to kill just to use a machine for 30/45 mins I really would not bother

Comme indiqué je suis les instructions. Au moment de payer, règlement pieces en panne. Je retourne à ma voiture chercher un billet de 10€ pour une machine à 5€. Je glisse le billet et pas de rendu de monnaie !?
Juste en dessous en petit : ne rend pas la monnaie !!!
C'est du vol, organisé ?

The machine only accepted card contactless payment but no internet so couldn't do the wash. Help line kept me holding on until I gave up waiting. Then when I rang back recorded message had changed to "ring back in office hours" even though I was ringing in office hours
Online help was equally useless as telephone number given to report no internet connection didn't connect.

Linge propre,mais qui n'était pas très sale. J'ai dû nettoyer le hublot extérieur avec une microfibre que j'avais par chance dans ma voiture

Took a mattress topper for washing. Came out barely wet and still dirty. Doubt it has any detergent in and hardly any water in the cycle. I watched - the door didn't even get wet inside. 43 mins - I should've smelt a rat as my home LG eco wash is over an hour and the deep clean washes are several hours. Waste of £11.

Initially I wasn't happy, but then realised my mistake. Wash was good and quick, nothing fancy. Then I loaded the drier, BUT, didn't shut the door properly so even though the dryer started it didn't heat up! Did another 15 mins and it got super hot. Would recommend if stuck, but check the washers first as some may be used for stuff other than clothes...
