This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Whilst on holiday in Spain, I tried to book a restaurant on line and was directed to do so through Reservego. They wanted me to register to book a table, which I did. During the process the site wouldn’t accept my password despite fulfilling the criteria so I gave up. I notified them. They then sent me an email saying they had resolved a software fault and I was now registered.I booked the restaurant through their site with my debit card which said they would debit 1 cent. I thought this was ok because some restaurants like to have your debit/credit card in case of no shows.
As I was no holiday I wasn’t checking my emails regularly. On 6/10/25 I was checking my mail and saw that on 02/10/25 I had been sent an email saying I had 3 free days membership and would then be charged €50 per month. Why would anyone want to pay €50 per month just to book the occasional restaurant?
I noticed that Reservego had deducted 1 cent from my debit card.
I sent Reserve a mail to withdraw my membership immediately. And received a reply the same day cancelling my membership as requested.
On 07/10/25 Reservego deducted €49.99 from my bank without my authority.
I have since sent 4 emails to them requesting they return my €49.99 but have not received a refund nor have I received any reply from Reservego.

Bad experience
In Naples on vacation... I call a taxi and insert my credit card. In Italy you pay directly in the taxi but I thought it was an app like Uber. The taxi never arrived. 1 week later my Revolut card ask to confirm €50 payment for this concierge service. Of course said no and card was blocked by Revolut directly. No clear info at all.
P.S. I must add that they have attentive customer service. I was contacted and they apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that they will improve their communication rules.

Had a very pleasant conversation with him and he apologised and said my "membership"would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. The refund has been paid. Thank you.

Benidorm taxi
I have now made contact and had a full refund, many thanks for your help. Hopefully other holiday makers dont make same mistakes. I found this website when trying to book a taxi in benidorm, on Friday 17th October. Charged me 0.01 which i assumed was just to make sure I was human. Cause said I had to pay driver. After 25 minutes they still hadnt found me a taxi so i cancelled request.I got home yesterday to see I've had 43 pound taken out of my account for a subscription service, which id never use, in England we have uber. Misleading scam
This site is misleading and does not make it clear what they are doing. I was debited £49 three days after trying and failing to book a taxi in benidorm.
The sheer volume of similar reviews on this page saying the same thing (but note they don’t publish these same reviews on their own website…) shows despite what their many protests they are misleading. I’d like to know what action they plan to take to make this more clear.

J’ai réservé un restaurant via Reserve Go, réservation finalement annulée par leurs soins.
La transaction initiale de 0,01 € semblait anodine, mais j’ai ensuite découvert un prélèvement de 49,99 € correspondant à un abonnement souscrit sans mon consentement ainsi que des frais bancaire de 2.50€
Malgré mes tentatives pour obtenir des explications, le service client s’est montré désagréable et peu transparent, refusant de justifier les “frais bancaires” et l’origine de l’abonnement.
Résultat : plus de 50 € pour une réservation annulée par eux-mêmes.
C’est une pratique trompeuse que je déconseille fortement. Soyez très vigilants avant de renseigner vos coordonnées bancaires sur ce site.

Sitio trampa. Leer letra pequeña antes de contratar
No está nada claro. Se hacen pasar por el restaurante que quieres reservar y te piden los datos de tarjeta. Si no estás atento los pones, y luego ya tienes que leer la letra pequeña que te dice que te cobran 0.1 céntimo los primeros tres días y luego 50€ al mes 😂😂😂😂 He tenido que cancelar mi tarjeta inmediatamente, por si se les ocurría cobrarme esa cantidad. En mi opinión, una trampa como otras tantas en internet de las que tienes que andar con mil ojos
