Pongo una estrella porque no se puede menos.
Llevo días tratando de contactar con ellos por todas las vías (a través de su formulario, vía mail, llamando, y solicitando que me devuelvan la llamada) y todavía no lo he conseguido.
Les solicito que cancelen una reserva y me mandan un mail horas más tarde de que la reserva ha sido confirmada. He tenido que cancelarla yo directamente.
Me cobran además una tarifa superior a la básica directamente.
En fin, muy descontenta con este servicio. No hacen bien su trabajo y además es imposible contactar con ellos.

Charged 50 Euro for a taxi in Italy that never arrived. I received confirmation that the taxi was cancelled but they still took the money. They have not responded to my emails. The website appears to be a local taxi site but is actually based in France. Beware.

Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company. This is my second review of this absolute scam of a company. I have been signed up for a subscription that I was unaware of by booking a restaurant in Tenerife. They have taken money from my bank account, they do not reply to emails, I unsubscribed by using their manage my subscription, that has been ignored, if you try ringing the telephone number it is in French with no option to speak to anyone who can speak English, I do not want this service, I want my money back. They are a disgrace, how am I supposed to get any resolution to this, they should not be allowed to sign people up for subscriptions without them knowing, I can see this happened to others, I had never heard of this company and wish I never had. I want a resolution immediately.

Subscribed without my knowledge. Booked a table at a restaurant on what looked like restaurant's website but the request was taken through to reservas.go. There was a charge of Euro 00.01 which I thought was usual just to hold table. On checking my bank account yesterday there was a pending payment to reservas.go of Euro 49.00. I immediately contacted them and asked to be unsubscribed and that they didnt take payment. They have today taken payment. I again contacted them and also managed to unsubscribe through their feedback but want my money back now. This is wrong I only wanted to book a table. I dont need this company to make appointments for me. I would appreciate a response asap. Further to the response from Marie I have tried to contact them twice but received no reply, this company do not reply to emails. I just want my money back and confirmation my subscription has been cancelled. Is the phone number provided a UK number. They shouldnt need my details as theyve taken the money from my bank account. As regards the website I wasnt aware I was being signed up for a subscription so had no need to look at the website. I just booked a table at a restaurant in Costa Adeje and now have all the hassle of getting my money back.

I tried to pay for a taxi from southampton to my home and after booking, they said that there were none available so then used a different service. I check my bank to see that they took 50€ out of my account for a subscription i never signed up to. Never got a taxi and still paid 50€. And to make it worse, their service number is french. J’ai eu un problème avec ma réservation de taxi la semaine dernière.
Le taxi ne s’est jamais présenté, et en introduisant les données de ma carte de crédit dans le système de réservation, un abonnement complet m’a été facturé, pour un montant de près de 50 €.
En plus de l’inconvénient d’avoir attendu un taxi qui n’est jamais venu, je me suis retrouvée seule le soir dans un village inconnue pour nous, en Espagne avec mes deux enfants.
Face à cette situation très stressante – surtout en découvrant que le système m’avait facturé un abonnement qui n’était indiqué nulle part de manière claire et explicite au moment du paiement – je tiens à souligner que la personne qui a traité ma réclamation, Marine, a été vraiment adorable avec moi.
Elle m’a aidée de manière exemplaire, a résolu le problème très rapidement et a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables.

Missed excursion
We used this company to book a taxi from Altea to Albir. In Albir we had a trip booked with a different company to see the waterfalls.
I booked he taxi through Reserv GO last night and I was sent a confirmation email to confirm the taxi was booked and they would pick us up at 9.08 am.
Unfortunately, the taxi never arrived and we never got to go on our trip- which we had already paid for! Very Dissatisfied.

Our service begins with a 3-day trial period at €0.01, after which it continues with a subscription that can be canceled at any time and is above all covered by a satisfaction-or-refund guarantee!
The subscription details are clearly stated on our website. This information is also accompanied by a checkbox to confirm your consent. Additionally, in order to avoid any inconvenience, we send SMS messages and emails upon registration to restate our terms and remind you of the full scope of our services.
However, we would like to inform you that our subscription is satisfaction-guaranteed or your money back. We have taken note of your request for a refund, and we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can locate your account and proceed with your request.
