Great book subscription box
I received a 3-month subscription to reposed as a gift and I really loved all the boxes that I’ve received. Great selection of books, snacks, skincare and stationery. Something that could be improved would be to send an email confirmation when that month’s box has been shipped, just to be aware of it. I would highly recommend Reposed as a gift or even just to treat yourself!
Do not book the concierge service
My boyfriend brought me the concierge service for Christmas as a gift, however it took a few weeks for the team to get back to my boyfriend and send me the 'email gift' (the team did apologise and compensated with extra vouchers). But since then I have had issues booking the actual appointment, getting through to anyone and it's now 4 months later after my boyfriend brought the gift, I have had the appointment (which was only about 10 minutes) and I have had no list sent through, nothing on my vouchers and just a few emails saying they are looking into it (but also taking over a week to reply to emails). It is very time-consuming and exhausting on my part to keep chasing this, so on the book concierge service, just don't bother. Not worth the experience even if I do ever get the book list through.
A cute gift idea
I purchased a box for myself and one for a friend as a gift. Its a really cute idea and we both loved all of the goodies inside. Very thoughtfully put together. The website is easy to navigate through, and the service is very efficient.
The perfect Book Subscription🤍
Last year I was looking for an affordable book box subscription as I was in a massive reading rut. I wanted one that didn’t send me books I might already own & that also challenged my reading habits. Well Reposed definitely got me out of that reading rut. Their book choices are fab always keeping me on my toes with what I might get each month. And the little gifts you get are lovely too. I’ve had some gorgeous scented tea light candles, great beauty products & delicious chocolate to name a few. I always look forward to receiving my book box. It’s the highlight of my month when it comes through the letterbox.
My favourite gift to myself every month!
I've been receiving this subscription since July last year and I LOVE it. I get very excited when it comes through my letterbox as it's always full of brilliant and quality treats to go with a diverse and well-thought-out reading list.
The subscription works one month behind, which makes sense with the quality of products included, but if you're patient you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend it to any avid reader.

Absolutely love this book subscription box! I have received 3 boxes so far and have loved every single one! The books are always very interesting and the additional gifts are great. Overall it is great value for money!
First Reposed box!
I recently got my first Reposed book box and I absolutely loved it. It was easy and simple to sign up on their website, it got delivered with no issues and arrived when I expected it to.
The box itself is lovely, and such great value for money! This month I got the book, chocolate, coffee, a notebook and a focus balm. The book itself is something I'm really looking forward to reading, all the extra additions just make it that much nicer! I will be recommending it to my friends for sure!
The best monthly treat!
I received a 3 month subscription as a gift but am likely to continue with it because I absolutely love receiving my box. The books have all been ones that I don’t already have but am interested in and the other items seem quite luxurious and well-suited to the feel of the box. I would definitely recommend!
Lovely and affordable
I am super impressed with Reposed! After looking for affordable book boxes in the UK I came across them, and immediately ordered my first box. Having just received it, I am pleased with the contents and do think that they find some brilliant, new books to send out each month. For around £13 I have 0 complaints, and everything feels very polished with simple but pretty packaging. Thank you so much reposed, will definitely be ordering again as I love surprise books and treats 😊
Always a nice pick me up!
My husband bought me this book subscription about a year ago now and it’s always nice little surprise when it pops through my letter box!
The books are usually a book I wouldn’t necessarily pick up myself but are always fantastic and the gifts are lovely and suitable for the time of year (this month it was a cute little pack of wildflowers for me to sow in the garden 🥰
There was one instance where my subscription didn’t arrive one month but these things happen, especially at the moment, but after a quick email another box was sent out to me straight away.

Great books and lovely extras!
I've had a monthly subscription to Reposed for about seven months now and I look forward to it arriving each month. The book selection is fantastic - the book is always beautifully written and one that I don't already have, and I've been delighted to read books that I perhaps wouldn't have otherwise appreciated. The treats in the box are a wonderful mid-month pick-me-up and always include a sweet treat and a hot drink from great brands. On a practical front, it's also great that it's delivered in letterbox packaging which means that I don't have to worry if I'm not in when it arrives.
Delayed but really lovely
I initially placed an order as a gift in mid January for a Valentine's day gift, however it didn't show up for a couple of weeks after the 14th and I politely emailed Reposed who got back to me instantly. They sorted out another parcel for me with swaps for out of stock items. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful, friendly and understanding and I would totally order from them again. Mistakes happen, but it was how it was handled that was above and beyond. I'm really pleased and my gift box was beautifully wrapped too.
What a lovely surprise
What a lovely surprise. I received my 1st box a couple days ago, a present from my son. Not just a book but some lovely goodies too. Facepac, sweets and a tea bag. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. I can't wait to receive my other 2 boxes. I've given 4 stars for now but hopefully will update to 5 in a couple of months. I've already suggested my husband buys something for his mum from reposed and will recommend to friends.

Absolutely love getting my box through every month! It’s such a nice surprise! I’ve been sent lots of more unusual books that I would never normally pick up but have always ended up really enjoying them! Such a great way to discover new authors and different styles!
A lovely treat for readers...
I have been very happy with my Reposed boxes, both the books and the other items in the box. It has been a lovely treat to have the box arrive through the post and I have trusted in the postal system in these very, very difficult times and all have arrived at reasonable times given we are in pandemic. I particularly like the choice of different subscription options. I took out a three month subscription to see if I would enjoy the boxes and will be happy to renew.
Huge delays and items never arrived, difficult and rude customer service.
Ordered a one off box for my mum's birthday on the 8th January and I was continuously just told to wait, Covid delays etc despite the fact I had had no issue with any orders through RM from any other business for months and couldn't even be given a tracking number for weeks. They told me after a month that RM had lost it but it "should be on the way but they've organised a replacement". I asked for more info on the replacement and a refund if one couldn't be provided and their reply acknowledged neither. Only got a refund on February 15 after escalating it through my bank. The replacement was never mentioned again after the first time so was obviously a lie to keep me waiting even longer. I ordered a 3 month sub for myself on the 8th Jan and their website states boxes are posted first week of the month to arrive by the 12th. However the day I went to query this and quote their own websites their FAQ had been removed (down for maintenance allegedly).It's now the 15th and it's still not here and I have no faith it will arrive. Their customer service is slow and as others have stated the impression you get is "the customer is always wrong" - they've disputed this in their classic quite patronising way but if more than one person has the impression babes maybe you're the problem! The idea seemed so lovely and a perfect gift for someone in quarantine but the whole thing was a hassle from start to finish. It seems like anyone who's stuff was delivered was quite happy but anyone who had to have any interaction with thwir customer service had a very bad experience. Never again.
Also, bit sus that the About section at the bottom of their TrustPilot page says not to trust the reviews...? See also "Reading in Heels", which Reposed were called previously. Exactly the same issues mentioned from over a year ago in those reviews. Sounds like they start up a company, provide sub par service and then rebrand so folk fall for it all over again!
Update: February 18th my February subscription box arrived, marked with a 48 Royal Mail sticker meaning it was not posted in the first week as they stated and was only posted after I raised a PayPal dispute. Very suspect and still currently working with PayPal to refund the rest of my subscription.
The worst customer service
I wrote a glowing review a few months ago and have recommended this box to several friends, but sadly I'm canceling my subscription now and trying desperately to get a refund for my last box, which was delivered to my old address after I'd updated my details in my online account. Id followed the instructions to change my details and had confirmation that this was all done, but they're now telling me I also had to email them about this change - even though this isn't mentioned on the account page. This would all be fine if it were resolved quickly, I'd assume it was just a bad clunky system, but instead of it being resolved their customer service approach has been incredibly poor and unhelpful, so I've decided to cancel and find an alternative book subscription. Such a shame as I loved this one, but they've been so rude and so unhelpful its ruined it really. So in summary I'd say its all nice until you have to engage with their customer services, who's motto seems to be 'the customer is always wrong'. Best to find another one. There are plenty about.
*follow up: following Reposed's response below, its not true that this is mentioned on the website. The FAQ page 'cannot be found' and the account page says: "From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your account details". I don't care about the £13 refund although we could all do with the cash right now, I care about the bad customer service and the way the team at Reposed discredit the people on here leaving genuine reviews. Its a lovely product, but a bad website and a bad customer service rep who definitely didn't want to resolve the issue.*

Great box
I wrote a very bad review about a week ago, because I also waited a long time for the arrival of my package. It arrived instead of january, now early february. I have nothing to complain about the box. I find everything very beautifully designed, thoughtful and well selected. I think,why here largely so bad reviews come together are the missing tracking numbers for the package. So you do not really know when the package arrives. The other problem is the longer waiting times....for example, I ordered a box in early december and knew that it would arrive in january, but you tend to get more frustrated when you have to wait even one day longer.
Therefore, it is even more important that you read the information on the website well. I would be in favor of reposed sending out more updates via email. Then you feel a little more relaxed as a customer.
As for the product, I can recommend Reposed, but the long waiting times are unsatisfactory.
Late but worth it!
I have ordered a gift box around the 20th of Dec, and just received it today (I live in Italy). I sent them an email last week wondering wether something went wrong with my order and they replied (fast and kindly) that they had sent the box a week prior to when I contacted them, but due to new Brexit regulations it would take longer though hopefully I'd receive it the following week. And so it happened.
I am very pleased with their services and their product idea, it definitely will be a treat to enjoy in this uncertain time. I am not annoyed at the extra time it took to get my parcel because, after all, we are living through strenuous moments and everyone is suffering the consequences of it. So, regardless of the delay -seeing these reviews, apparently common to many, I'd recommend this service because it is 100% worth supporting :-)
