Yet another late box
Update 1/11/2021. Interesting response to a review, not trying to make this better, just accusing one of your customers of lying. Cheap shot and extremely unprofessional.

I was given a year subscription for my birthday in January 2021, the first box arrived in February as expected. So I have been on the subscription now for 9 months.
I have had to enquire where my box is on 3 occasions over that time and now October box is nowhere to be seen. It’s the 28th of the month.
I have had the same excuse each time that the box has been late that it was due to the difficulties that Royal Mail are having due to COVID-19 and now this month it’s because the Royal Mail has lost it. I feel you are passing the buck somewhat. So 4 out of 9 boxes are late or lost. This is just not good enough.
I have seen that other people are having the same problem with the boxes being late.
I asked for the Royal Mail tracking number and the reply to that email was this.
“We sent the Royal Mail tracking reference in an email earlier this week, we’re expecting this to arrive any day now.”
Err no you didn’t please send.
I’m hoping that my next 3 boxes November/December and January will be on time and not be given the excuse of it’s busy because it’s Christmas, Christmas happens every year on the same date so plan ahead and send them out early.

Just disappointing and don't stick to their own terms
UPDATE 1 - MY FIRST NAME IS NOT IN MY REVIEW OR MY USERNAME. PLEASE IMMEDIATELY REMOVE IT FROM YOUR RESPONSE BELOW.
UPDATE 2 - I feel compelled to update this yet again after my experience with them somehow getting even worse. My October package was dispatched on the 14th and delivered on the 16th, so I can confirm one of my complaints below has been resolved. However their own website states they send orders out the first week of each month, so they dispatched it a full week late breaching their own sales terms which is what they are using their FAQ's page as to get out of refunds. On that subject, they refused my request for a refund for Novembers box because I have to cancel before the payment is taken. This is never stated during sign up or on the subscription management page, only if you go looking through their FAQ's. The payment was taken on the 10th October, before they'd even dispatched the previous months box that I'd paid for on the 10th September. How can I decide if I want to continue or cancel before I've even received anything to judge it on? Their customer service is poor, sending me blunt responses and refusing to acknowledge the ways their subscription model doesn't conform to basic trading practices.
Long story short, don’t sign up for this service without reading all of their FAQs carefully first.

I really wanted to like this but it's been nothing but a disappointment. I previously subscribed to Libreria for 2 years, only cancelling because it was getting a bit samey. I liked the sound of Reposed, so signed up in August to receive my first box in September. September's book was Isabelle Dupay 'Living The Dream' which is one of the worst books I've ever read, second only to Leila Slimani's 'Adèle'. I won't write a full book review here, but if your literary style is akin to a GCSE guide to creative writing then this might be the club for you. The disappointment only continued as I'm still yet to receive a book for October, despite them taking payment for it on the 10th September. They also had the audacity to take payment for November's box clearly before even shipping this months box, according to the timelines laid out on their own site. Their model is bad, frustrating and frankly feels like you're being ripped off. I have messaged today asking for a refund for both October and November because I'm clearly not getting a book delivered this month - which is probably a good thing if September was anything to go by.

I really like this subscription box
I really like this subscription box. The price (£12.80 a month) is very reasonable. This month I received a well chosen paperback that I’m actually looking forward to reading, a scented tealight candle, lime and seasalt dark chocolate (from a brand I already know well and that is delicious), a couple of fancy green teas, and a very lovely rose lip balm.
I previously subscribed to Books That Matter but didn’t really enjoy their offering (or their customer service!) I was looking for a book subscription that would bring me novels I might not otherwise come across, along with a few little bits and pieces that make each month’s delivery feel like a real treat. Really pleased that I found Reposed.
Good value for money
I love getting my monthly subscription box from Reposed! The items in the box are always high quality and are good value for money. The books enable me to read things that I wouldn’t normally read and I always enjoy them!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. My package has been damaged and never delivered and I have to pay for it and they write me like it is my fault. NEVER AGAIN

Great subscription!
My mother in law bought me a subscription to reposed for my birthday and I love it! I've had two boxes now and each are beautifully packed and I love that they are filled with a great new book, and some little extras - so far I've had chocolate, organic tea, fairtrade coffee, postcards, notebook and fragrances. Would highly recommend!

I got my first box today and I’m overjoyed. It was the perfect treat. Most book boxes are so over priced and come with so much tat, but this came with some perfume bits, coffee, chocolate and I book I don’t own (something else I’ve had trouble with other book boxes). Just big five stars for this box - what a delightful treat
Great selection.
Two months sub in, no books!
I started my subscription in June, we’re at the end of July and still no book. I tried to receive info from the customer service at the end of June, but all they told me is that my books was going to be delivered soon. I decided to continue my subscription for another month just to be sure, again no book out of two months. Contacted them again, no more replies. Very bad.
Update: after some clarification the customer care service offered to send me the package again.

I've had loads of these boxes and never been disappointed, so always return to them.
The boxes are beautifully put together and I've always rated the books highly.

Was absolutely delighted to receive my box. Not only was everything in it so fitting for the chosen theme but the book itself I'm so excited to read! You can tell that everything has been carefully selected and chosen. I enjoyed each item so much and opening this box felt like home and comfort to me. Truly amazing and incredible!

Received my first box today and wow I’m so impressed! I’m honestly so surprised at how good quality the contents are for the price. I’m so excited to start the book and use all the goodies. Such a nice treat to come home to after a long day at work. Customer service have also been really responsive and helpful when I’ve asked questions!
Lovely Treat
I was bought a subscription as a gift and have just received my second box. Its a lovely treat and the books have both been ones I haven't read - I like the fact that they are not simply mainstream titles as as a voracious reader it is always good to discover unknown gems. I look forward to future boxes.

Received my first box from Reposed.co. such a delight! The book is one I have not read yet, plus there were a number of other delights. The earl grey chocolate was unexpectedly delicious - will definitely be buying more of that!! A great mindful treat!
The best book subscription
Love love love! Always an excellent choice of book and the little treats are gorgeous. Some have now become regular buys for me too! Have bought subscriptions as birthday presents which have been well received.

Such a lovely subscription. Just got my first box and I am very happy with the book selection as well as the selection of treats.
As a book and beauty lover this is definitely a subscription I will keep, it can be a nice treat for yourself every month if you love books, skincare and snacks.
Can’t wait to see what I get next month.
I think that given the cost this is definitely a good subscription and I like the idea of receiving skincare too, not just tea and treats.
A lovely little treat
My boyfriend signed me up to this subscription as a birthday present, and I absolutely love it. I love having the surprise of a new book each month, and so far the books I’ve received I have loved. As well as all the other little bits. It’s such a lovely treat each month! I also love that it fits through the letter box, so no waiting in for the post or trips to the post office. Would thoroughly recommend!
Treaty McTreat box
I have had three boxes from Reposed so far and they have not disappointed. They were given to me as a birthday gift and I have another three months left.
Firstly, the books have all been enjoyable and thought provoking reads I wouldn't have chosen myself, but have nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed. I think it is important to say they're also easy to read as well. For me this box is a way to switch off and enjoy myself, so I don't want to have to work to hard at getting through a book. (Looking at you, Victor Hugo.)
The treats each month have been different but all really good. You can tell they've spent a long time thinking about what would pair well in each box, and that everything you get is really good quality. Each month I've had something to eat, something to drink, something to look after my skin/body and another treaty treat.
I'll be sad when my gift subscription comes to an end and I am already trying to work out how I can get another six months! (maybe I'll pretend a half birthday is a thing?)
Love this subscription box!
I spent a good while doing research into different book subscriptions when I decided I wanted one, and I stumbled onto Reposed. I didn't want to be overwhelmed with more than one book a month, so ones with just several books each month were no good for me.
With this company, you get one book, but also a selection of treats to really make it feel like a special little present to yourself. You always get a sweet treat, either a fancy tea or coffee bag, and even things like face masks and lip balms.
The books are always new releases so I know I won't get a book I've already read, and they are books I wouldn't normally choose for myself, meaning I've found several authors and brilliant stories I wouldn't have noticed before.
I can't recommend this subscription box enough, it's just wonderful having a box of goodies and a new book through the door once a month, and taking a bit of time out to do something just for you.
The subscription is fine, just be wary that the customer service is very rude

I absolutely loved this subscription when it was Reading in Heels, but since the pandemic I have been unable to travel home and so needed to cancel.
After asking them to cancel my subscription back in March, I have only managed to cancel my subscription in May.
When I told them I couldn't log in to cancel my subscription which they initially replied telling me to cancel I must do it myself, I asked again for them to delete my data (as they should have done the first time I asked under GDPR) I received a response and thankfully a confirmation they had done as asked at this point "we would have happily sent your log in details if you'd asked"... I informed them that it is my right to ask them directly to delete my data and subscription to which the reply was as below.
“Customers with an account have the ability to manage their own subscriptions, which most of our members do quite successfully.
Team Reposed”
... that's all well and good, but I have asked you directly since March to do this, why the need to be passive aggressive rather than just say sorry, their mistake, they didn't mean to mess anyone about?
I am very disappointed at this end of customer service, I had explained I would only be unsubscribing for a little while as I am unable to receive my subscription, if they had made it easy and been kind I would have happily re-subscribed once I was able to resume visiting the UK on a regular basis. Instead it took until May and multiple emails get it cancelled.
