Avoid at all costs
Update: I’ve been blocked by their Instagram and still no one has responded to me. I’ve asked to cancel my membership but as no one has responded this hasn’t been possible yet I still haven’t received the June box. The worst customer service I have ever received.
Avoid at all costs. My parents bought me an annual subscription for Christmas. The first two boxes arrived on time and were great, however ever since then I've had to chase every single month. Despite being told that I should expect each box by the 15th of the month, I end up chasing every time. If I'm lucky eventually I get a response saying they've sent out a replacement box (which seems to arrive within a day or two, suggesting they never even bothered to send it out initially). If not, I end up not hearing from their customer service, and they delete my comments on Instagram so someone is clearly working for this company just not actually fulfilling what they should be. I have now cancelled my membership and will subscribe to a different box. Interestingly their positive reviews all stop last September, I wonder what changed then. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company cannot be allowed to continue trading in the manner in which they are.

Appalling - don’t try
Appalling. Don’t subscribe. Started out well. Boxes are great. But having purchased their summer edit box in May - and paid for it. It’s still not arrived and there is zero response from anyone via any of their channels. This appears to be the norm now which is very disappointing. Especially when they’re happy to take peoples money and not deliver the goods. Really disappointing.

I have been reading a lot this year so thought I would treat myself to the monthly subscription (this was mid April). It is now June and I haven't received anything.
I have emailed (multiple times) and contacted via Instagram with no reply. I have now cancelled my subscription.

I started a monthly subscription in March, it is now June and to date have only received 1 box, that too was 3 weeks late! and I only received that box due to not giving into their terrible excuses.
The last two boxes still havnt turned up, I messaged them again, to which they replied saying they will send a new box out right away and gave me a royal mail tracking number (which is fake) weeks later it still hasn't arrived.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I am now wanting and waiting on a full refund on undelivered boxes, and I know I'm not the only one.

I have a monthly subscription and to date have paid for 2 months and I haven't received any items from REPOSED. When I have requested a refund they have supplied me with Royal Mail tracking details which appear to be invalid. Such a disappointment! Avoid.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I purchased a 3 month subscription on 28th April but May's box never arrived. I have chased and chased the parcel and despite assurances that a second box was being sent, still nothing!
I can't express how frustrating this company are to deal with. Their customer service is shockingly poor and borderline rude. Their standard response when the first box hadn't arrived (by the 15th May) was to refer to their FAQs rather than arrange for a new box to be sent straight away (bare in mind their FAQs state parcels are sent out the first week of each month and should arrive by the 15th). Eventually they agreed to send a second box but again nothing 11 days later! They confirmed they use Royal Mail so nothing should take 11 days to arrive. The only sort of apology offered was free shipping for another product, what a joke?!
Reposed show little regard for their customers and fail to comprehend that their customers expect something for the money they have paid. They show no urgency in dealing with customer's complaints, or in sending out items. I have requested a full refund so let's hope they can process this more successfully than they process their parcels.
Paid for a year. Nothing received
I signed up for a year subscription as a treat to myself after a difficult year and have never received a box. They said they would send out a replacement, but didn’t give tracking details and would not let me know when that was dispatched. Guess what that didn’t arrive either. They have not responded to my 2 latest emails where I have asked for a refund. I too am going to go to trading standards. In the first apology they tried to offer “compensation” if getting free delivery by buying more stuff from them! I mean seriously guys, what are you thinking. I run a business from my home and receive many parcels, so I know it’s nothing to do with the post. Do not give your money to this company, you get NOTHING! I truly believe they have t sent anything out to me or else they would be able to provide proof of it.

Terrible service
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Used this company for subscriptions in the past and had no issue but now company seems completely mismanaged. I’ve paid for two months of a subscription and had nothing. No phone number means you have to email
Customer service. They claimed my box must have gone missing and would send me another. I’m still waiting. With a third payment about to be taken, I’ve had to cancel it while I wait for the missing two packs.

Do not use this company . No goods, no response, blocked me from twitter, blocked me on Facebook when I linked these reviews. I'm reporting trading standards and put a request to my credit card to get my payment back. Of you can link these reviews to social media ..they are acting like nothing wrong !!! So now the company want more information to investigate this mystery through trustpilot ..thats more than what I got in response to emails ..I would advise anyone here to link the reviews to social media accounts and wait to be removed and banned !

I ordered a subscription as a gift for my mother in law. The first months box didn’t arrive and I had to chase it, they claimed it was lost in the post, they re-sent it but it arrived around 4 weeks a late. It is now the next month and the parcel has not arrived AGAIN. Sent a complaint email two days ago and not heard back. They don’t care about your custom and have a serious lack lustre approach about sending out the subscriptions you’ve paid for!!!

If I could give no stars I would, I was soo looking forward to this subscription. But too good to be true, avoid, you are constantly chasing, they take payment a month in advance and then nothing turns up. Still waiting for may’s box paid for in April! I also was offered free delivery as an apology, no thanks. Have cancel subscription I suggest everyone does the same.

Very disappointed from start to finish . First box had to be chased and eventually arrived. Second box not arrived and now no communication. I have cancelled my subscription before it’s really got going.

Had to chase 4 out of 5 boxes
I have been a member for five months and the first box was the only one to arrive on time. The next two i emailed to chase and was told they would be late and the final two boxes just haven’t arrived and so have had to be resent.
The contents are great and i really liked the boxes, but you shouldn’t have to chase a monthly subscription. I also got the free delivery as a sorry, but I have cancelled.
Chasing boxes every month
Signed up at start of March. Box received a couple of days before May, after being chased. Same issue again. I’m still waiting for a box I paid for in the first week in April. Poor customer service. I have cancelled subscription now. Update- I am still waiting for the box paid for in the first week of April and now it’s the 8th June.
Rubbish service, do not use.
I bought my mum a subscription service for a monthly book to be delivered. The promise was delivery in the first week of every month, this has not happened on the first or second month & I doubt it will happen on the last, I say last as I have now suspended the subscription as I do not have time to keep chasing for every delivery. The first delivery was supposed to be the first week in April, after complaining we finally received this on the 29th April. The second still has not arrived, however they are not late in taking the payment for the subscription for the next month, even though I still have not received this months delivery.
As as an apology reposed had the cheek to offer a free delivery on any bespoke book, keep your free delivery on something that I would have to pay for, and simply send me the items I have paid for,
I do not recommend and will not use again.

Still no box!
So here we are, on 27 April and still no box. I ordered it on 5 March. A few weeks ago I asked for a refund and was told ‘We cannot refund orders that have already been processed and are in transit.’ That was 16 days ago. How can it be in transit all this time? I will be contacting Trading Standards if the box is not received by the end of April

The customer service appalling
The website may look professional but don't be fooled. This is a far from professional company. Other companies send emails when items are dispatched and provide tracking numbers. This one does neither and there is no telephone contact number available so everything is via email. There is no concern at all - just stock replies from their FAQS.
The customer service is just awful. I purchased the book box subscriptions for myself and my sister in January. Delivery promised 14th/15th of following month. My sister's subscription was for her 60th birthday. Both boxes arrived way past the due date - my sister's was 5 days late. In this time I contacted Reposed daily and was told Post Office deliveries were affected by Covid which simply isn't true. I was eventually given 1/3rd of my sister's subscription back but this spoilt the special gift I'd wanted for her. Very disa[ppointing.
Now the 2nd boxes are late again by over 1 week. I was given tracking numbers after another email but they only update once delivery has been attempted so pretty pointless. Their response to my email?
"Thanks for emailing, we're sorry to hear that your March boxes haven't been delivered yet.
The tracking references for your orders are 32031144400037D5FEE54 and 32031144400037D5FF150, please note that as this is a partially tracked service, these will only update with information once delivery has been made or attempted, which should be any day now!
All best wishes,"
Incidentally it took 4 emails to even get a "sorry" last month so this is a big improvement.
Take my advice and go with another company. I wish I had.

So this is my 2nd review of this company. How they were rated as one of the top book subscription companies is completely beyond me. Please do yourself a favour and do not sign up. Customer service is atrocious.
They claim that they send out the boxes during the first week of a month, yet Decembers box arrived on January 4th.
When I emailed them to find out where it had go to the response was oh sorry for the delay! Well at least I didn’t have to read the poor excuses this time.
I have one more box and then I do not have to deal with this terrible company ever again.
