Emailed with a welcome back code as had not ordered a test for a while, when I went to place an order it added it accepted the code but then on next page removed the discount. It said it had already been used. Annoying tactics just to get people on the site. Will use medichecks again instead, they also use nhs hospitals which is a lot easier both for location and availability of appointments.

I can't flaw this company at all helped me figure out what tests would be best for what I was looking for, the test itself came very fast, booking the phlebotomist waa slightly complicated at first but once I got grips of where I was it went smoothly ( I have dyspraxia and struggle with maps) the first superdrug I went to failed to get bloods due to my difficult veins but they booked an appointment for no extra cost, sent of the test and the waiting time in reality isnt bad took about 3 days, got the doctors note and the test results that will help me get closer to the tests i need on nhs - going to be buying from them again soon. The only thing is it's quite pricey but I would recommend especially when they have options like clearpay installments

Fast service, kit had everything needed, glad there was an option for doctors comments.

When purchased, it was really unclear that nothing would be sent in the post until a form was filled out separately. And working out where to go and how to get the blood test done seemed really complicated and unclear what the different options even meant.

Blue Horizon make it very easy to have a qualified Nurse visit you to take your blood sample and get a Doctors viewpoint on the test results. Excellent Service.

Very disappointed. The laboratory didn't check all my blood tests that I requested so I now have to have them redone. I have an energy limiting illness and I thought paying privately would be efficient and hopefully find the root cause of my symptoms. It's the inconvenience of having to rebook, drive to the hospital for retesting when already feeling ill. This wasn't the experience I was expecting?

As usual a great service.
I made a mistake when ordering the blood draw and it was quickly and efficiently sorted out.
The results were extremely fast too, always a bonus!
I'd recommend Blue Horizon for any blood tests.
