Very impressive and recommend. Besides the test results I am also notified of the things I need the take actions based on the test results. Pricing is also good.

I am from South africa. When i do my tests there, i get my results in the next two hours. Here it takes 2 to 3 working days which was spread over a long weekend which did not help my case. The cost of the INR is horrendous. I pay about £8 privately in SA compared to £60 in the UK. Quite shocking.....

Absolutely top class service from Blue Horizon, and also Spire Hospital. A very fair price and helpful admin staff, as well as Spire Hospital Carfiff's Outpatient Nurses doing their utmost for the appointment arrangements / requirements for request form etc. to be smooth. I would certainly use again.

The test was good value for money and easy to arrange. I was worried about something and I knew that the NHS is not resourced to test for what I wanted merely as a preventative measure. I saw a local professional phlebotomist, the bloods were drawn most efficiently/effectively and the results were back within the 15 day window as advised. I found the doctor's comments extremely informative too.

Quick, easy, appt was finished before i was due in and results within 3 days on a bank holiday

Excellent service , easy to attend Spire for phlebotomy which many other companies don't offer. This is important, not a fan of using finger tests which are difficult and uncomfortable. Results are given promptly and the doctor's remarks help with understanding the tests. Been using this service for a few years now and will continue to do so in the future

The blood tests are easy to book, the packages provide good cost effective way to test various things. the hospital provides flexibility and ease to find an appropriate appointment time. Sadly, my routine blood tests are no longer provided by GP so this is a good way to check levels.
