I regularly use this company for blood…

I regularly use this company for blood tests, and the service is always excellent. They’re incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating, and always make the whole process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. The environment is clean, welcoming and relaxed, and you’re always made to feel at ease. Appointments are efficient, the service is consistently reliable, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly phlebotomy service.

Great Service On A Unique 'Blood Test' Needed

We needed to arrange a very specific blood test to satisfy a US University Sports Scholarship entrance criteria. The type of test required wasn't in the typical range provided; however Laura spoke with their laboratory and arranged for the specific test to be carried out. The fee was excellent, the service was great and the results landed the next day. Perfect, recommended and thanks!

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience. Both professional and personable. Made the process effortless. Will be using the service going forward in future would would highly recommend anyone who needs blood drawn to visit here. Beats the hassle of finger prick testing at home by a mile!

Lab report results

Hi
Staff,reception,and nurse very good,put you at ease,no issues.
Lab report,was each element and the tolerance band,again very easy read.
Interpretation of results which are border line.I know its a difficult line to cross,but more guidance is needed by me the paying customer,and how or when to talk to me GP without telling him or her their job.
Guidance on how best to engage my GP.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your kind comments about our reception team and phlebotomist, and we're delighted to hear that you felt at ease throughout your appointment and found the lab report clear and easy to read.

We were a little surprised by the 3 star rating, particularly as we were pleased to hear you were so happy with the care and service provided by our team. That said, we really do appreciate your comments regarding the interpretation of your results and completely understand why you would have welcomed some additional guidance, particularly where results are borderline.

As an independent private phlebotomy service, our role is to arrange the testing, provide the blood collection and ensure that your samples reach the lab safely, with the results then returned to you. We are not medically qualified to interpret, diagnose or provide clinical advice based on laboratory results, and we therefore have to be careful not to step outside our professional role. This is explained in our confirmation information before testing & where we advise clients that any concerns about their results should be discussed with their GP or an appropriately qualified medical professional.

We completely understand, though, that this can sometimes leave people wondering what their next step should be. And for that reason we also work in partnership with a private GP practice. We are happy to recommend their services for professional interpretation and discussion of results, for clients who would prefer not to go through their own GP.

Your feedback is genuinely helpful, and we will look at how we can make the next steps following receipt of results even clearer for our clients. All the Staff are amazing,, they’re so friendly, courteous and helpful. The offices are light, airy feeling, clean and modern.
