- Ha scritto il 21/05 e ha ricevuto risposta lo stesso giorno, entro 2 ore.
- Le abbiamo risposto punto per punto, mettendo in evidenza (in grassetto) ogni parte della sua richiesta e includendo anche una proposta commerciale personalizzata.
- Ci ha chiesto un numero di telefono, che — come sicuramente avrà notato — è presente in tutte le pagine del nostro sito web, incluso il piè di pagina.
Comprendiamo che tra tanto testo il messaggio possa essersi un po’ perso, ma le assicuriamo che il nostro obiettivo è sempre stato quello di aiutarla.

In the meantime, rental motorbike has refunded the rental. However, they did not neither compensated my additional flight cost of 1.121,45 nor the extra room night in NY of € 394,54. Damage in money € 1.515,99 and a spoiled seven-day motor bike tour in New England.
I have paid a rental € 1.564,32 via creditcard. When I wanted to pick up the bike, There was no reservation at all. Harley Davidson Workshop online with eagle Rider, They Even do Not know rentalmotorbike.com. This is fraud and nothing else! Unfortunalety They do not have any ore bikes available. Beware: Rentalmotorbike Platform Hosts Scammers Like Gallo Sprint Bike Rentals
We booked through Rentalmotorbike, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Instead, we were paired with Gallo Sprint Luciano Bike Rentals in Naples—and what followed was a chain of disorganized, unprofessional, and borderline scammy encounters.
Rentalmotorbike bears responsibility for allowing such unreliable partners to operate on their platform. Here’s what happened:
Major Issues We Faced:
1. Vague Booking Confirmation
• The confirmation email from Rentalmotorbike lacked essential details—no clear pickup address, no emergency contact, and confusing instructions. It felt like we were left to figure things out ourselves.
2. Chaotic Pickup Process
• Despite arriving at Naples Airport as instructed, we waited over an hour with no contact. Eventually, we were taken to an unknown garage—not a proper rental office—to collect the bike.
3. Surprise Hidden Charges
• We were hit with a €90 penalty for exceeding a 50km limit—a condition that was never made clear during booking. This felt deceptive and exploitative.
4. No Show at Drop-Off
• At drop-off, no one came to collect the bike as arranged. Calls and messages were ignored. After an hour of stress, we were told to leave the bike in a parking lot with no supervision or paperwork.
5. Nonexistent Customer Service
• Throughout the ordeal, support from both Gallo Sprint Bike Rentals and Rentalmotorbike was utterly unresponsive. WhatsApp messages and calls were either ignored or passed off with vague excuses.
Conclusion
Rentalmotorbike is not just a platform—they are enablers. By allowing partners like Gallo sprint Bike Rentals to continue operating, they are complicit in the mistreatment of customers.
Avoid Rentalmotorbike unless you’re prepared for disorganization, hidden fees, and zero customer support. a legitimate organisation should not be allowing scammers on its platform unless there is a commission from the scams.

Wrong Pick Up Station?
Everything was absolutely fine with the bike. My only comment is that the Rentalmotorbike website allowed me to reserve and colect from the Piramide area in Rome, however the Filirent receipt stated collection is onlt from Via Giovanni Giolitti near Roma Termini Railways Station.

Regarding the pickup location confusion, we appreciate you pointing it out. The address shown during the booking process is provided by the rental partner, and in this case, it seems there was a mismatch between what was displayed on our website and what appeared on the Filirent receipt.

En primer lugar, es muy poco probable que haya perdido su dinero, ya que todos los pagos de reservas que no se confirman o no se completan correctamente son reembolsados automáticamente, como indicamos en nuestras condiciones de servicio.
Además, le hemos pedido sus datos a través de Trustpilot para poder revisar el caso y ayudarle correctamente, pero hasta el momento no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta por su parte, lo cual limita mucho nuestra capacidad de actuación. Puede haber habido un malentendido o un fallo de comunicación que estaríamos encantados de resolver… ¡pero necesitamos su colaboración para hacerlo!

Catastrophy!! No existing booking when money already deducted!
Catastrophy!!! Don’t use - they deduct your money but the booking with eagleriders was never made so we arrived at rental location and there was no booking for us!!! And you can’t even call them because it goes to an answering machine! So disappointed- traveling from Europe to Los Angeles and expecting to have a bike. The whole trip ruined!

As clearly stated during the booking process, all rental requests must be accepted by the local shop, which is solely responsible for confirming whether the requested model is available.
In your case, the store went ahead and accepted the booking despite not having the model available, which understandably led to a disappointing experience — especially after traveling all the way from Europe.
However, we took immediate action, opened an investigation, and successfully secured a full refund for you, in line with our service policy when there are valid reasons — as there clearly were in your case.
While this doesn’t undo the inconvenience, it does reflect our commitment to supporting our customers, even when the issue originates from the rental provider.

I have emailed for weeks rentalmotorbikes and the rental company in Morocco and left numerous voicemails as per the tel no. on the website to a booking query . No answers back which is very concerning as we have not even started our rental. I am considering cancelling booking if the 3 bikes as the customer service is bad now never mind being in Africa.

The bike was in good working order but…
The bike was in good working order but the helmet was a piece of crap. It came apart mid-trip and had to be re-assembled on the side of the road. Luckily 2 motorcycle cops came by and had some tools for me to put the helmet back together.

Pour les besoins d'une vidéo, je réserve un modèle bien spécifique de moto, une Kawasaki Z900 à Barcelone, pour 2 jours.
2 jours plus tard, je reçois un accord par mail, mais pour un tout autre modèle, une Ducati Monster, qui ne m'intéresse pas.
Un échange s'ensuit par mail, j'explique ma situation, mais on me fait comprendre que c'est à prendre ou a laisser, et que je ne serai pas remboursé des frais de réservation.
Aucun sens commercial, à fuir.
